Commander of Maneuvers

CM/GS-4: The Commander, Maneuvers oversees the RP system created for the HF, and is thus responsible for the Tactical Engagement Center. He is also responsible for directly developing and implementing the RP portions of any HF wide competition. Minimum requirements for CM are those for achieving the rank of Colonel.
