Imperial Counsel (LEGAL) is a trained attorney capable of assisting and advising the Fleet Commander in matters concerning the design and operation of the Emperor's Hammer. Counsel is responsible for monitoring legal developments throughout the galaxy and may be called upon to review situations which may arise from time to time in an effort to avoid legal entanglements.
