= Family History =

Lawrence Hogan (father of Robert Hogan) was born on {{SW Wiki|Coruscant}} in 23 BBY and from a young age had a desire to serve in the Imperial military. He commissioned from the {{SW Wiki|Royal Imperial Academy}} on Coruscant in 4 BBY and was assigned to the ''Imperial I''-class Star Destroyer ''{{SW Wiki|Adjudicator}}''’s navigation section. In 1 BBY while on serving on the ''Adjudicator''’s technical courier detail, his shuttle was attacked and disabled by Rebel forces, with the Lieutenant being captured, interrogated, and tortured at length for information on Imperial navigational technology and codes. After 3 months of captivity, he was able to escape through an escape shuttle, rescuing another officer onboard as well. Following his escape and return to Imperial space, he was reassigned to serve as the personal aide to the Naval Liaison Officer to the Royal Atravian Naval Auxiliary.

Her Highness Princess Kathlyll of Atravis (mother of Robert Hogan) was born on {{SW Wiki|Atravis}} in 22 BBY and was a member of the Atravian Royal Family and niece of the King. Her fascination with spacecraft led to her commissioning from the Royal Imperial Academy on Coruscant in 3 BBY and she was assigned to the newly commissioned ''Executor''-class Super Star Destroyer ''[[Avenger]]'', operations section. However, her naval career would be cut short by the death of her grandfather, King Vinis, when she returned home to serve as an officer in the Royal Atravian Naval Auxiliary. Serving as a logistics officer, she coordinated the activities of a squadron in their fleet replenishment mission to supply nearby Imperial installations and naval forces.

While Lawrence Hogan was assigned to the Liaison Officer, he met Princess Kathlyll at the annual parade festivities and the two began a relationship a few months later. They married in a ceremony in 2 ABY in the Chapel Royal on Atravis, with The Princess being given the title of Viscountess of Labrynna by the King. Shortly afterward, Hogan was reassigned to the Imperial Naval College on Aurora Prime as an instructor, with Princess Kathlyll moving with him and resigning her Auxiliary commission to focus on family matters.

= Early Life =

Hogan was born in 4 ABY on [[Aurora Prime]] as the only son of Lawrence Hogan, Viscount of Labrynna, and Her Highness Princess Kathyll, Viscountess of Labrynna. As the child of an Imperial naval officer and a member of the Atravian royal family, Hogan enjoyed high social standing growing up and quickly developed a fascination with spaceflight. While a boy, his father, assigned to the Imperial Naval College, often took Hogan along on short training flights. During his childhood, Hogan was exposed to a variety of hobbies and pursuits, but drawn most to music. He was primarily educated in his younger years by a combination of his parents and tutors, but had his sights set on the Imperial Naval College once he was of age.

= Formal Education =

In 25 ABY at age 21, Hogan was accepted to the Imperial Naval College on Aurora Prime, where he began a rigorous curriculum with the goal of following in his parents’ footsteps. Although they were opposed to this and wanted a more quiet and peaceful life for him, they did support him in his endeavors. While at the Academy, Hogan studied a vast array or courses from multiple disciplines, eventually pursuing a specialization in electronic warfare and a career as a pilot. Hogan also continued his musical passions, playing as a member of the Ceremonial Band and performing in a number of prominent parades and ceremonies. Hogan graduated from the Naval College with honors, was on the Commandant’s List, and obtained his flight certification during his course of study.

= Military Career =

After graduation from the Naval College in 28 ABY, Hogan was commissioned as a Sub-Lieutenant in the Emperor's Hammer TIE Corps. He underwent final flight officer training with the Fleet aboard the ''Executor''-class Super Star Destroyer ''[[Avenger]]'' while the First Recon Division was mobilized and on patrol in a classified location. While in training on the ''Avenger'', Hogan gained flight experience in the TIE/ln Fighter, TIE/in Interceptor, and TIE/sb Bomber.

=== Sin Squadron ===

Upon earning his flight certification and being commissioned in the TIE Corps, Hogan was assigned to Sin Squadron aboard the ''Imperial II''-class Star Destroyer ''Warrior''. Under the command of squadron commander Colonel [[Zekk Terrik]] and flight leader Colonel [[Stryker]], Hogan began to adjust to the squadron’s exclusive TIE model, the [[TIE Sinister|TIE/sn Sinister]]. In his first month in Sin Squadron, Hogan earned the [[Commendation of Bravery]] for completing 30 missions and finished his basic training at IWATS. With both high activity levels and communications skills, he was quickly promoted to Lieutenant Commander and appointed as Flight Leader of Sin’s third flight and made the squadron’s Executive Officer. In his new leadership role, Hogan sought to make his activity an example for his flight, and earned multiple Silver Stars and Bronze Stars in recognition of his efforts.

At the beginning of 29 ABY, Hogan succeeded Colonel Terrik as the Commander of Sin Squadron, with the Colonel, newly promoted to Rear Admiral, assuming command of the ''Warrior''. Shortly after, Hogan would propose the [[TIE Corps Commander's Unit Award]] and the [[TIE Corps Meritorious Unit Award]], both of which would be approved and implemented shortly after. During the Corps’s annual efficiency exercise, [[Squadron_(Re)Mobilization|Squadron ReMobilization]], Hogan led Sin Squadron to a 4th place finish, completing the eleven objectives within two days of the third place team, compared with the five weeks to complete the objectives in 29 ABY.

Serving for a six month tour of duty as Squadron Commander, Hogan returned to being a Flight Member of Sin, where he was succeeded by Commander [[Wreckage]] and continued to participate in Squadron and Fleet competitions. Following the implementation of the [[Imperial Achievement Ribbon]], Hogan was the first recipient for his design of the medal and ribbon. He earned the title of "Trivia Grand Tour Season Six Champion (2021)" by edging out the reigning champion, General [[Pickled Yoda]], across the months-long competition. His high level of flight activity was beneficial in [[Raise the Flag 2021|Raise the Flag (2021)]], and combined with his graphical design skills, placed him as the second-highest scorer in the Squadron.

After four months serving as a Flight Member, Hogan was elevated to the Flight Leader of Flight 2, and later made Executive Officer where he continued to set high levels of activity, ultimately winning the title of "MP Ace of the TIE Corps (2021)". He flew for the Sintoxicated team in the [[Chalquila Cup]], captained by Major [[SkyShadow]], as a primary. Although the team was not able to medal, the exercise brought members of the squadron together and provided valuable experience in working together in more close-quarters dogfighting operations. His graphic experience was soon again called upon, with Hogan designing the ribbon and medal for the [[Operational Readiness Award]], and after serving as Flight Leader and Executive Officer for six months, he stepped down from his position as Executive Officer.

=== Command Attaché to the Training Officer ===

Shortly thereafter, Hogan was appointed [[Command Attache | Command Attaché]] to the [[Training Officer]] by the new Training Officer, Rear Admiral [[Sylas Pitt]], and was promoted to the flag rank of Rear Admiral. Under the leadership of the new Training Officer, he was finally able to finish a course he had been working on for some time, Forward Air Controller, and release it to the Fleet, which he received the Professorship for. He also worked with other members of the Training Office, Education Committee, and course Professors to identify, triage, and if necessary, update, completely rewrite, or inactivate for the time being. In addition to his new role, Hogan remained involved in Sin Squadron, continuing to compete for them in fleet competitions such as during [[Raise the Flag 2022|Raise the Flag (2022)]], where he placed third within the entire TIE Corps.

Hogan's first major project and responsibility as Command Attaché was the designing and implementing of a qualifications system for the [[Imperial University]]. During this effort, he and the Training Officer worked closely to ensure the system met the needs of the Training Office, consulted Professors, Training Officer Assistants, and members of the Education Committee to develop requirements. Hogan also took an active role in the technical implementation of the system, providing detailed requirements to the Internet Office and providing input on database schema design. The project, initially launched with the Certificate level of qualification, became active in early 31 ABY. For his work and responsibilities on the project, Hogan would be awarded the [[Gold Star of the Empire]] by the Training Officer.

While assigned to the Training Office, Hogan would continue to provide assistance to the Internet Office, especially when it came to heraldry and insignia design. During a revitalization of the Fleet's medals, he would provide the design for the [[Medal of Scholarship]] and a redesign of the [[Medal of Instruction]]. Hogan was also detailed to the modernization of the Emperor's Hammer 3D medal assets, and, along with Major [[Kalve Ryder]], worked to model the various insignia of the organization. These included more simple designs such as Ryder's redesign of the Imperial Service Medal, to complex and intricate designs such as the Legion of Combat and Medal of Tactics. The project additionally entailed the production of high quality renders of the medals and their upgrades. For both of their work on the project, both Hogan and Ryder were awarded the Gold Star of the Empire by the Internet Officer.

During [[Raise the Flag 2023|Raise the Flag (2023)]], Hogan flew extensively with fellow pilots on the ''Warrior'' placed him fifth within the TIE Corps, and majorly contributed to Sin Squadron's finish in 6th place in the squadron competition. This Raise the Flag also saw the ''Warrior'' once again designated as the TIE Corps Flagship, reclaiming the title after having lost it two years prior. Following the conclusion of Raise the Flag, Hogan resigned from flight status, administratively transferring his TIE Corps commission to the Reserves to focus on his role as Command Attaché to the Training Officer.

During this time, Hogan supported Admiral [[Sylas Pitt]] in the creation of the Training Office's new academic publication, ''[[TO:Proceedings | Proceedings]]'', typesetting the journal and providing editorial support. The publication, devised as a part of the Imperial University's qualifications system, is intended to publish the various theses submitted by Emperor's Hammer members to complete their Graduate-level qualifications. After several years in this post, Hogan resigned to focus his attention on more personal matters, but never truly left the Training Office, remaining a Professor and continuing to typeset issues of ''Proceedings''.

While Hogan is not a styled member of the Atravian Royal House, he is considered a member of the royal family and remains close with a number of his relatives. As such, he is considered a member of the hereditary peerage and uses the courtesy title of his mother, Her Highness The Viscountess of Labrynna, which he serves to inherit. He participates in events with the extended royal family as often as possible, including Pass In Review parades, Atravian Naval College commencement ceremonies, and annual Life Day celebrations.

On the occasion of the King's Silver Jubilee, Hogan was formally granted his charge and arms by letters patent from the Royal Atravian College of Arms. Following tradition, he was also presented a one meter by one meter depiction of arms, created from velvet and bullion by the heralds at the College. At present, this traditional and handcrafted depiction is displayed in the West Transept of the Royal Hall, Palace of Atravis, alongside those of his parents.

= Family History =

Lawrence Hogan (father of Robert Hogan) was born on {{SW Wiki|Coruscant}} in 23 BBY and from a young age had a desire to serve in the Imperial military. He commissioned from the {{SW Wiki|Royal Imperial Academy}} on Coruscant in 4 BBY and was assigned to the ''Imperial I''-class Star Destroyer ''{{SW Wiki|Adjudicator}}''’s navigation section. In 1 BBY while on serving on the ''Adjudicator''’s technical courier detail, his shuttle was attacked and disabled by Rebel forces, with the Lieutenant being captured, interrogated, and tortured at length for information on Imperial navigational technology and codes. After 3 months of captivity, he was able to escape through an escape shuttle, rescuing another officer onboard as well. Following his escape and return to Imperial space, he was reassigned to serve as the personal aide to the Naval Liaison Officer to the Royal Atravian Naval Auxiliary.

Her Highness Princess Kathlyll of Atravis (mother of Robert Hogan) was born on {{SW Wiki|Atravis}} in 22 BBY and was a member of the Atravian Royal Family and niece of the King. Her fascination with spacecraft led to her commissioning from the Royal Imperial Academy on Coruscant in 3 BBY and she was assigned to the newly commissioned ''Executor''-class Super Star Destroyer ''[[Avenger]]'', operations section. However, her naval career would be cut short by the death of her grandfather, King Vinis, when she returned home to serve as an officer in the Royal Atravian Naval Auxiliary. Serving as a logistics officer, she coordinated the activities of a squadron in their fleet replenishment mission to supply nearby Imperial installations and naval forces.

While Lawrence Hogan was assigned to the Liaison Officer, he met Princess Kathlyll at the annual parade festivities and the two began a relationship a few months later. They married in a ceremony in 2 ABY in the Chapel Royal on Atravis, with The Princess being given the title of Viscountess of Labrynna by the King. Shortly afterward, Hogan was reassigned to the Imperial Naval College on Aurora Prime as an instructor, with Princess Kathlyll moving with him and resigning her Auxiliary commission to focus on family matters.

= Early Life =

Hogan was born in 4 ABY on [[Aurora Prime]] as the only son of Lawrence Hogan, Viscount of Labrynna, and Her Highness Princess Kathyll, Viscountess of Labrynna. As the child of an Imperial naval officer and a member of the Atravian royal family, Hogan enjoyed high social standing growing up and quickly developed a fascination with spaceflight. While a boy, his father, assigned to the Imperial Naval College, often took Hogan along on short training flights. During his childhood, Hogan was exposed to a variety of hobbies and pursuits, but drawn most to music. He was primarily educated in his younger years by a combination of his parents and tutors, but had his sights set on the Imperial Naval College once he was of age.

= Formal Education =

In 25 ABY at age 21, Hogan was accepted to the Imperial Naval College on Aurora Prime, where he began a rigorous curriculum with the goal of following in his parents’ footsteps. Although they were opposed to this and wanted a more quiet and peaceful life for him, they did support him in his endeavors. While at the Academy, Hogan studied a vast array or courses from multiple disciplines, eventually pursuing a specialization in electronic warfare and a career as a pilot. Hogan also continued his musical passions, playing as a member of the Ceremonial Band and performing in a number of prominent parades and ceremonies. Hogan graduated from the Naval College with honors, was on the Commandant’s List, and obtained his flight certification during his course of study.

= Military Career =

After graduation from the Naval College in 28 ABY, Hogan was commissioned as a Sub-Lieutenant in the Emperor's Hammer TIE Corps. He underwent final flight officer training with the Fleet aboard the ''Executor''-class Super Star Destroyer ''[[Avenger]]'' while the First Recon Division was mobilized and on patrol in a classified location. While in training on the ''Avenger'', Hogan gained flight experience in the TIE/ln Fighter, TIE/in Interceptor, and TIE/sb Bomber.

=== Sin Squadron ===

Upon earning his flight certification and being commissioned in the TIE Corps, Hogan was assigned to Sin Squadron aboard the ''Imperial II''-class Star Destroyer ''Warrior''. Under the command of squadron commander Colonel [[Zekk Terrik]] and flight leader Colonel [[Stryker]], Hogan began to adjust to the squadron’s exclusive TIE model, the [[TIE Sinister|TIE/sn Sinister]]. In his first month in Sin Squadron, Hogan earned the [[Commendation of Bravery]] for completing 30 missions and finished his basic training at IWATS. With both high activity levels and communications skills, he was quickly promoted to Lieutenant Commander and appointed as Flight Leader of Sin’s third flight and made the squadron’s Executive Officer. In his new leadership role, Hogan sought to make his activity an example for his flight, and earned multiple Silver Stars and Bronze Stars in recognition of his efforts.

At the beginning of 29 ABY, Hogan succeeded Colonel Terrik as the Commander of Sin Squadron, with the Colonel, newly promoted to Rear Admiral, assuming command of the ''Warrior''. Shortly after, Hogan would propose the [[TIE Corps Commander's Unit Award]] and the [[TIE Corps Meritorious Unit Award]], both of which would be approved and implemented shortly after. During the Corps’s annual efficiency exercise, [[Squadron_(Re)Mobilization|Squadron ReMobilization]], Hogan led Sin Squadron to a 4th place finish, completing the eleven objectives within two days of the third place team, compared with the five weeks to complete the objectives in 29 ABY.

Serving for a six month tour of duty as Squadron Commander, Hogan returned to being a Flight Member of Sin, where he was succeeded by Commander [[Wreckage]] and continued to participate in Squadron and Fleet competitions. Following the implementation of the [[Imperial Achievement Ribbon]], Hogan was the first recipient for his design of the medal and ribbon. He earned the title of "Trivia Grand Tour Season Six Champion (2021)" by edging out the reigning champion, General [[Pickled Yoda]], across the months-long competition. His high level of flight activity was beneficial in [[Raise the Flag 2021|Raise the Flag (2021)]], and combined with his graphical design skills, placed him as the second-highest scorer in the Squadron.

After four months serving as a Flight Member, Hogan was elevated to the Flight Leader of Flight 2, and later made Executive Officer where he continued to set high levels of activity, ultimately winning the title of "MP Ace of the TIE Corps (2021)". He flew for the Sintoxicated team in the [[Chalquila Cup]], captained by Major [[SkyShadow]], as a primary. Although the team was not able to medal, the exercise brought members of the squadron together and provided valuable experience in working together in more close-quarters dogfighting operations. His graphic experience was soon again called upon, with Hogan designing the ribbon and medal for the [[Operational Readiness Award]], and after serving as Flight Leader and Executive Officer for six months, he stepped down from his position as Executive Officer.

=== Command Attaché to the Training Officer ===

Shortly thereafter, Hogan was appointed [[Command Attache | Command Attaché]] to the [[Training Officer]] by the new Training Officer, Rear Admiral [[Sylas Pitt]], and was promoted to the flag rank of Rear Admiral. Under the leadership of the new Training Officer, he was finally able to finish a course he had been working on for some time, Forward Air Controller, and release it to the Fleet, which he received the Professorship for. He also worked with other members of the Training Office, Education Committee, and course Professors to identify, triage, and if necessary, update, completely rewrite, or inactivate for the time being. In addition to his new role, Hogan remained involved in Sin Squadron, continuing to compete for them in fleet competitions such as during [[Raise the Flag 2022|Raise the Flag (2022)]], where he placed third within the entire TIE Corps.

Hogan's first major project and responsibility as Command Attaché was the designing and implementing of a qualifications system for the [[Imperial University]]. During this effort, he and the Training Officer worked closely to ensure the system met the needs of the Training Office, consulted Professors, Training Officer Assistants, and members of the Education Committee to develop requirements. Hogan also took an active role in the technical implementation of the system, providing detailed requirements to the Internet Office and providing input on database schema design. The project, initially launched with the Certificate level of qualification, became active in early 31 ABY. For his work and responsibilities on the project, Hogan would be awarded the [[Gold Star of the Empire]] by the Training Officer.

While assigned to the Training Office, Hogan would continue to provide assistance to the Internet Office, especially when it came to heraldry and insignia design. During a revitalization of the Fleet's medals, he would provide the design for the [[Medal of Scholarship]] and a redesign of the [[Medal of Instruction]]. Hogan was also detailed to the modernization of the Emperor's Hammer 3D medal assets, and, along with Major [[Kalve Ryder]], worked to model the various insignia of the organization. These included more simple designs such as Ryder's redesign of the Imperial Service Medal, to complex and intricate designs such as the Legion of Combat and Medal of Tactics. The project additionally entailed the production of high quality renders of the medals and their upgrades. For both of their work on the project, both Hogan and Ryder were awarded the Gold Star of the Empire by the Internet Officer.

During [[Raise the Flag 2023|Raise the Flag (2023)]], Hogan flew extensively with fellow pilots on the ''Warrior'' placed him fifth within the TIE Corps, and majorly contributed to Sin Squadron's finish in 6th place in the squadron competition. This Raise the Flag also saw the ''Warrior'' once again designated as the TIE Corps Flagship, reclaiming the title after having lost it two years prior. Following the conclusion of Raise the Flag, Hogan resigned from flight status, administratively transferring his TIE Corps commission to the Reserves to focus on his role as Command Attaché to the Training Officer.

During this time, Hogan supported Admiral [[Sylas Pitt]] in the creation of the Training Office's new academic publication, [[TO:Proceedings | Proceedings]], typesetting the journal and providing editorial support. The publication, devised as a part of the Imperial University's qualifications system, is intended to publish the various theses submitted by Emperor's Hammer members to complete their Graduate-level qualifications.

While Hogan is not a styled member of the Atravian Royal House, he is considered a member of the royal family and remains close with a number of his relatives. As such, he is considered a member of the hereditary peerage and uses the courtesy title of his mother, Her Highness The Viscountess of Labrynna, which he serves to inherit. He participates in events with the extended royal family as often as possible, including Pass In Review parades, Atravian Naval College commencement ceremonies, and annual Life Day celebrations.

On the occasion of the King's Silver Jubilee, Hogan was formally granted his charge and arms by letters patent from the Royal Atravian College of Arms. Following tradition, he was also presented a one meter by one meter depiction of arms, created from velvet and bullion by the heralds at the College. At present, this traditional and handcrafted depiction is displayed in the West Transept of the Royal Hall, Palace of Atravis, alongside those of his parents.

= Family History =

Lawrence Hogan (father of Robert Hogan) was born on {{SW Wiki|Coruscant}} in 23 BBY and from a young age had a desire to serve in the Imperial military. He commissioned from the {{SW Wiki|Royal Imperial Academy}} on Coruscant in 4 BBY and was assigned to the ''Imperial I''-class Star Destroyer ''{{SW Wiki|Adjudicator}}''’s navigation section. In 1 BBY while on serving on the ''Adjudicator''’s technical courier detail, his shuttle was attacked and disabled by Rebel forces, with the Lieutenant being captured, interrogated, and tortured at length for information on Imperial navigational technology and codes. After 3 months of captivity, he was able to escape through an escape shuttle, rescuing another officer onboard as well. Following his escape and return to Imperial space, he was reassigned to serve as the personal aide to the Naval Liaison Officer to the Royal Atravian Naval Auxiliary.

Her Highness Princess Kathlyll of Atravis (mother of Robert Hogan) was born on {{SW Wiki|Atravis}} in 22 BBY and was a member of the Atravian Royal Family and niece of the King. Her fascination with spacecraft led to her commissioning from the Royal Imperial Academy on Coruscant in 3 BBY and she was assigned to the newly commissioned ''Executor''-class Super Star Destroyer ''[[Avenger]]'', operations section. However, her naval career would be cut short by the death of her grandfather, King Vinis, when she returned home to serve as an officer in the Royal Atravian Naval Auxiliary. Serving as a logistics officer, she coordinated the activities of a squadron in their fleet replenishment mission to supply nearby Imperial installations and naval forces.

While Lawrence Hogan was assigned to the Liaison Officer, he met Princess Kathlyll at the annual parade festivities and the two began a relationship a few months later. They married in a ceremony in 2 ABY in the Chapel Royal on Atravis, with The Princess being given the title of Viscountess of Labrynna by the King. Shortly afterward, Hogan was reassigned to the Imperial Naval College on Aurora Prime as an instructor, with Princess Kathlyll moving with him and resigning her Auxiliary commission to focus on family matters.

= Early Life =

Hogan was born in 4 ABY on [[Aurora Prime]] as the only son of Lawrence Hogan, Viscount of Labrynna, and Her Highness Princess Kathyll, Viscountess of Labrynna. As the child of an Imperial naval officer and a member of the Atravian royal family, Hogan enjoyed high social standing growing up and quickly developed a fascination with spaceflight. While a boy, his father, assigned to the Imperial Naval College, often took Hogan along on short training flights. During his childhood, Hogan was exposed to a variety of hobbies and pursuits, but drawn most to music. He was primarily educated in his younger years by a combination of his parents and tutors, but had his sights set on the Imperial Naval College once he was of age.

= Formal Education =

In 25 ABY at age 21, Hogan was accepted to the Imperial Naval College on Aurora Prime, where he began a rigorous curriculum with the goal of following in his parents’ footsteps. Although they were opposed to this and wanted a more quiet and peaceful life for him, they did support him in his endeavors. While at the Academy, Hogan studied a vast array or courses from multiple disciplines, eventually pursuing a specialization in electronic warfare and a career as a pilot. Hogan also continued his musical passions, playing as a member of the Ceremonial Band and performing in a number of prominent parades and ceremonies. Hogan graduated from the Naval College with honors, was on the Commandant’s List, and obtained his flight certification during his course of study.

= Military Career =

After graduation from the Naval College in 28 ABY, Hogan was commissioned as a Sub-Lieutenant in the Emperor's Hammer TIE Corps. He underwent final flight officer training with the Fleet aboard the ''Executor''-class Super Star Destroyer ''[[Avenger]]'' while the First Recon Division was mobilized and on patrol in a classified location. While in training on the ''Avenger'', Hogan gained flight experience in the TIE/ln Fighter, TIE/in Interceptor, and TIE/sb Bomber.

=== Sin Squadron ===

Upon earning his flight certification and being commissioned in the TIE Corps, Hogan was assigned to Sin Squadron aboard the ''Imperial II''-class Star Destroyer ''Warrior''. Under the command of squadron commander Colonel [[Zekk Terrik]] and flight leader Colonel [[Stryker]], Hogan began to adjust to the squadron’s exclusive TIE model, the [[TIE Sinister|TIE/sn Sinister]]. In his first month in Sin Squadron, Hogan earned the [[Commendation of Bravery]] for completing 30 missions and finished his basic training at IWATS. With both high activity levels and communications skills, he was quickly promoted to Lieutenant Commander and appointed as Flight Leader of Sin’s third flight and made the squadron’s Executive Officer. In his new leadership role, Hogan sought to make his activity an example for his flight, and earned multiple Silver Stars and Bronze Stars in recognition of his efforts.

At the beginning of 29 ABY, Hogan succeeded Colonel Terrik as the Commander of Sin Squadron, with the Colonel, newly promoted to Rear Admiral, assuming command of the ''Warrior''. Shortly after, Hogan would propose the [[TIE Corps Commander's Unit Award]] and the [[TIE Corps Meritorious Unit Award]], both of which would be approved and implemented shortly after. During the Corps’s annual efficiency exercise, [[Squadron_(Re)Mobilization|Squadron ReMobilization]], Hogan led Sin Squadron to a 4th place finish, completing the eleven objectives within two days of the third place team, compared with the five weeks to complete the objectives in 29 ABY.

Serving for a six month tour of duty as Squadron Commander, Hogan returned to being a Flight Member of Sin, where he was succeeded by Commander [[Wreckage]] and continued to participate in Squadron and Fleet competitions. Following the implementation of the [[Imperial Achievement Ribbon]], Hogan was the first recipient for his design of the medal and ribbon. He earned the title of "Trivia Grand Tour Season Six Champion (2021)" by edging out the reigning champion, General [[Pickled Yoda]], across the months-long competition. His high level of flight activity was beneficial in [[Raise the Flag 2021|Raise the Flag (2021)]], and combined with his graphical design skills, placed him as the second-highest scorer in the Squadron.

After four months serving as a Flight Member, Hogan was elevated to the Flight Leader of Flight 2, and later made Executive Officer where he continued to set high levels of activity, ultimately winning the title of "MP Ace of the TIE Corps (2021)". He flew for the Sintoxicated team in the [[Chalquila Cup]], captained by Major [[SkyShadow]], as a primary. Although the team was not able to medal, the exercise brought members of the squadron together and provided valuable experience in working together in more close-quarters dogfighting operations. His graphic experience was soon again called upon, with Hogan designing the ribbon and medal for the [[Operational Readiness Award]], and after serving as Flight Leader and Executive Officer for six months, he stepped down from his position as Executive Officer.

=== Command Attaché to the Training Officer ===

Shortly thereafter, Hogan was appointed [[Command Attache | Command Attaché]] to the [[Training Officer]] by the new Training Officer, Rear Admiral [[Sylas Pitt]], and was promoted to the flag rank of Rear Admiral. Under the leadership of the new Training Officer, he was finally able to finish a course he had been working on for some time, Forward Air Controller, and release it to the Fleet, which he received the Professorship for. He also worked with other members of the Training Office, Education Committee, and course Professors to identify, triage, and if necessary, update, completely rewrite, or inactivate for the time being. In addition to his new role, Hogan remained involved in Sin Squadron, continuing to compete for them in fleet competitions such as during [[Raise the Flag 2022|Raise the Flag (2022)]], where he placed third within the entire TIE Corps.

Hogan's first major project and responsibility as Command Attaché was the designing and implementing of a qualifications system for the [[Imperial University]]. During this effort, he and the Training Officer worked closely to ensure the system met the needs of the Training Office, consulted Professors, Training Officer Assistants, and members of the Education Committee to develop requirements. Hogan also took an active role in the technical implementation of the system, providing detailed requirements to the Internet Office and providing input on database schema design. The project, initially launched with the Certificate level of qualification, became active in early 31 ABY. For his work and responsibilities on the project, Hogan would be awarded the [[Gold Star of the Empire]] by the Training Officer.

While assigned to the Training Office, Hogan would continue to provide assistance to the Internet Office, especially when it came to heraldry and insignia design. During a revitalization of the Fleet's medals, he would provide the design for the [[Medal of Scholarship]] and a redesign of the [[Medal of Instruction]]. Hogan was also detailed to the modernization of the Emperor's Hammer 3D medal assets, and, along with Major [[Kalve Ryder]], worked to model the various insignia of the organization. These included more simple designs such as Ryder's redesign of the Imperial Service Medal, to complex and intricate designs such as the Legion of Combat and Medal of Tactics. The project additionally entailed the production of high quality renders of the medals and their upgrades. For both of their work on the project, both Hogan and Ryder were awarded the Gold Star of the Empire by the Internet Officer.

During [[Raise the Flag 2023|Raise the Flag (2023)]], Hogan flew extensively with fellow pilots on the ''Warrior'' placed him fifth within the TIE Corps, and majorly contributed to Sin Squadron's finish in 6th place in the squadron competition. This Raise the Flag also saw the ''Warrior'' once again designated as the TIE Corps Flagship, reclaiming the title after having lost it two years prior. Following the conclusion of Raise the Flag, Hogan resigned from flight status, administratively transferring his TIE Corps commission to the Reserves to focus on his role as Command Attaché to the Training Officer.

During this time, Hogan supported Admiral [[Sylas Pitt]] in the creation of the Training Office's new academic publication, [[TO:Proceedings | Proceedings]], typesetting the journal and providing editorial support. While Hogan is not a styled member of the Atravian Royal House, he is considered a member of the royal family and remains close with a number of his relatives. As such, he is considered a member of the hereditary peerage and uses the courtesy title of his mother, Her Highness The Viscountess of Labrynna, which he serves to inherit. He participates in events with the extended royal family as often as possible, including Pass In Review parades, Atravian Naval College commencement ceremonies, and annual Life Day celebrations.

On the occasion of the King's Silver Jubilee, Hogan was formally granted his charge and arms by letters patent from the Royal Atravian College of Arms. Following tradition, he was also presented a one meter by one meter depiction of arms, created from velvet and bullion by the heralds at the College. At present, this traditional and handcrafted depiction is displayed in the West Transept of the Royal Hall, Palace of Atravis, alongside those of his parents.

= Family History =

Lawrence Hogan (father of Robert Hogan) was born on {{SW Wiki|Coruscant}} in 23 BBY and from a young age had a desire to serve in the Imperial military. He commissioned from the {{SW Wiki|Royal Imperial Academy}} on Coruscant in 4 BBY and was assigned to the ''Imperial I''-class Star Destroyer ''{{SW Wiki|Adjudicator}}''’s navigation section. In 1 BBY while on serving on the ''Adjudicator''’s technical courier detail, his shuttle was attacked and disabled by Rebel forces, with the Lieutenant being captured, interrogated, and tortured at length for information on Imperial navigational technology and codes. After 3 months of captivity, he was able to escape through an escape shuttle, rescuing another officer onboard as well. Following his escape and return to Imperial space, he was reassigned to serve as the personal aide to the Naval Liaison Officer to the Royal Atravian Naval Auxiliary.

Her Highness Princess Kathlyll of Atravis (mother of Robert Hogan) was born on {{SW Wiki|Atravis}} in 22 BBY and was a member of the Atravian Royal Family and niece of the King. Her fascination with spacecraft led to her commissioning from the Royal Imperial Academy on Coruscant in 3 BBY and she was assigned to the newly commissioned ''Executor''-class Super Star Destroyer ''[[Avenger]]'', operations section. However, her naval career would be cut short by the death of her grandfather, King Vinis, when she returned home to serve as an officer in the Royal Atravian Naval Auxiliary. Serving as a logistics officer, she coordinated the activities of a squadron in their fleet replenishment mission to supply nearby Imperial installations and naval forces.

While Lawrence Hogan was assigned to the Liaison Officer, he met Princess Kathlyll at the annual parade festivities and the two began a relationship a few months later. They married in a ceremony in 2 ABY in the Chapel Royal on Atravis, with The Princess being given the title of Viscountess of Labrynna by the King. Shortly afterward, Hogan was reassigned to the Imperial Naval College on Aurora Prime as an instructor, with Princess Kathlyll moving with him and resigning her Auxiliary commission to focus on family matters.

= Early Life =

Hogan was born in 4 ABY on [[Aurora Prime]] as the only son of Lawrence Hogan, Viscount of Labrynna, and Her Highness Princess Kathyll, Viscountess of Labrynna. As the child of an Imperial naval officer and a member of the Atravian royal family, Hogan enjoyed high social standing growing up and quickly developed a fascination with spaceflight. While a boy, his father, assigned to the Imperial Naval College, often took Hogan along on short training flights. During his childhood, Hogan was exposed to a variety of hobbies and pursuits, but drawn most to music. He was primarily educated in his younger years by a combination of his parents and tutors, but had his sights set on the Imperial Naval College once he was of age.

= Formal Education =

In 25 ABY at age 21, Hogan was accepted to the Imperial Naval College on Aurora Prime, where he began a rigorous curriculum with the goal of following in his parents’ footsteps. Although they were opposed to this and wanted a more quiet and peaceful life for him, they did support him in his endeavors. While at the Academy, Hogan studied a vast array or courses from multiple disciplines, eventually pursuing a specialization in electronic warfare and a career as a pilot. Hogan also continued his musical passions, playing as a member of the Ceremonial Band and performing in a number of prominent parades and ceremonies. Hogan graduated from the Naval College with honors, was on the Commandant’s List, and obtained his flight certification during his course of study.

= Military Career =

After graduation from the Naval College in 28 ABY, Hogan was commissioned as a Sub-Lieutenant in the Emperor's Hammer TIE Corps. He underwent final flight officer training with the Fleet aboard the ''Executor''-class Super Star Destroyer ''[[Avenger]]'' while the First Recon Division was mobilized and on patrol in a classified location. While in training on the ''Avenger'', Hogan gained flight experience in the TIE/ln Fighter, TIE/in Interceptor, and TIE/sb Bomber.

=== Sin Squadron ===

Upon earning his flight certification and being commissioned in the TIE Corps, Hogan was assigned to Sin Squadron aboard the ''Imperial II''-class Star Destroyer ''Warrior''. Under the command of squadron commander Colonel [[Zekk Terrik]] and flight leader Colonel [[Stryker]], Hogan began to adjust to the squadron’s exclusive TIE model, the [[TIE Sinister|TIE/sn Sinister]]. In his first month in Sin Squadron, Hogan earned the [[Commendation of Bravery]] for completing 30 missions and finished his basic training at IWATS. With both high activity levels and communications skills, he was quickly promoted to Lieutenant Commander and appointed as Flight Leader of Sin’s third flight and made the squadron’s Executive Officer. In his new leadership role, Hogan sought to make his activity an example for his flight, and earned multiple Silver Stars and Bronze Stars in recognition of his efforts.

At the beginning of 29 ABY, Hogan succeeded Colonel Terrik as the Commander of Sin Squadron, with the Colonel, newly promoted to Rear Admiral, assuming command of the ''Warrior''. Shortly after, Hogan would propose the [[TIE Corps Commander's Unit Award]] and the [[TIE Corps Meritorious Unit Award]], both of which would be approved and implemented shortly after. During the Corps’s annual efficiency exercise, [[Squadron_(Re)Mobilization|Squadron ReMobilization]], Hogan led Sin Squadron to a 4th place finish, completing the eleven objectives within two days of the third place team, compared with the five weeks to complete the objectives in 29 ABY.

Serving for a six month tour of duty as Squadron Commander, Hogan returned to being a Flight Member of Sin, where he was succeeded by Commander [[Wreckage]] and continued to participate in Squadron and Fleet competitions. Following the implementation of the [[Imperial Achievement Ribbon]], Hogan was the first recipient for his design of the medal and ribbon. He earned the title of "Trivia Grand Tour Season Six Champion (2021)" by edging out the reigning champion, General [[Pickled Yoda]], across the months-long competition. His high level of flight activity was beneficial in [[Raise the Flag 2021|Raise the Flag (2021)]], and combined with his graphical design skills, placed him as the second-highest scorer in the Squadron.

After four months serving as a Flight Member, Hogan was elevated to the Flight Leader of Flight 2, and later made Executive Officer where he continued to set high levels of activity, ultimately winning the title of "MP Ace of the TIE Corps (2021)". He flew for the Sintoxicated team in the [[Chalquila Cup]], captained by Major [[SkyShadow]], as a primary. Although the team was not able to medal, the exercise brought members of the squadron together and provided valuable experience in working together in more close-quarters dogfighting operations. His graphic experience was soon again called upon, with Hogan designing the ribbon and medal for the [[Operational Readiness Award]], and after serving as Flight Leader and Executive Officer for six months, he stepped down from his position as Executive Officer.

=== Command Attaché to the Training Officer ===

Shortly thereafter, Hogan was appointed [[Command Attache | Command Attaché]] to the [[Training Officer]] by the new Training Officer, Rear Admiral [[Sylas Pitt]], and was promoted to the flag rank of Rear Admiral. Under the leadership of the new Training Officer, he was finally able to finish a course he had been working on for some time, Forward Air Controller, and release it to the Fleet, which he received the Professorship for. He also worked with other members of the Training Office, Education Committee, and course Professors to identify, triage, and if necessary, update, completely rewrite, or inactivate for the time being. In addition to his new role, Hogan remained involved in Sin Squadron, continuing to compete for them in fleet competitions such as during [[Raise the Flag 2022|Raise the Flag (2022)]], where he placed third within the entire TIE Corps.

Hogan's first major project and responsibility as Command Attaché was the designing and implementing of a qualifications system for the [[Imperial University]]. During this effort, he and the Training Officer worked closely to ensure the system met the needs of the Training Office, consulted Professors, Training Officer Assistants, and members of the Education Committee to develop requirements. Hogan also took an active role in the technical implementation of the system, providing detailed requirements to the Internet Office and providing input on database schema design. The project, initially launched with the Certificate level of qualification, became active in early 31 ABY. For his work and responsibilities on the project, Hogan would be awarded the [[Gold Star of the Empire]] by the Training Officer.

While assigned to the Training Office, Hogan would continue to provide assistance to the Internet Office, especially when it came to heraldry and insignia design. During a revitalization of the Fleet's medals, he would provide the design for the [[Medal of Scholarship]] and a redesign of the [[Medal of Instruction]]. Hogan was also detailed to the modernization of the Emperor's Hammer 3D medal assets, and, along with Major [[Kalve Ryder]], worked to model the various insignia of the organization. These included more simple designs such as Ryder's redesign of the Imperial Service Medal, to complex and intricate designs such as the Legion of Combat and Medal of Tactics. The project additionally entailed the production of high quality renders of the medals and their upgrades. For both of their work on the project, both Hogan and Ryder were awarded the Gold Star of the Empire by the Internet Officer.

During [[Raise the Flag 2023|Raise the Flag (2023)]], Hogan flew extensively with fellow pilots on the ''Warrior'' placed him fifth within the TIE Corps, and majorly contributed to Sin Squadron's finish in 6th place in the squadron competition. This Raise the Flag also saw the ''Warrior'' once again designated as the TIE Corps Flagship, reclaiming the title after having lost it two years prior. Following the conclusion of Raise the Flag, Hogan resigned from flight status, administratively transferring his TIE Corps commission to the Reserves to focus on his role as Command Attaché to the Training Officer.

During this time, Hogan supported Admiral [[Sylas Pitt]] in the creation of the Training Office's new academic publication, [[TO:Proceedings | Proceedings]], typesetting the journal and providing editorial support. While Hogan is not a styled member of the Atravian Royal House, he is considered a member of the royal family and remains close with a number of his relatives. As such, he is considered a member of the hereditary peerage and uses the courtesy title of his mother, Her Highness The Viscountess of Labrynna, which he serves to inherit. He participates in events with the extended royal family as often as possible, including Pass In Review parades, Atravian Naval College commencement ceremonies, and annual Life Day celebrations.

On the occasion of the King's Silver Jubilee, Hogan was formally granted his charge and arms by letters patent from the Royal Atravian College of Arms. Following tradition, he was also presented a one meter by one meter depiction of arms, created from velvet and bullion by the heralds at the College. At present, this traditional and handcrafted depiction is displayed in the West Transept of the Royal Hall, Palace of Atravis, alongside those of his parents.

The Imperial-II Star Destroyer ''Warrior'' is home to TIE Corps [[Wing II]] and the flagship of [[Battlegroup II|Battlegroup II]] within the First Recon Division. The battlegroup is commanded by the [[Commodore]], currently [[Admiral (TIE Corps)|Admiral]] [[Marenta]].

==History==
===Construction and the Early Days: 8 BBY– 4 ABY===
The keel of the Imperial II-class Star Destroyer SD-KDY-42 was laid down at the Kuat Drive Yards in 8 BBY; one of sixteen ISD hulls that commenced construction in Batch Aleph-2 under then-Moff Tarkin’s expansion of the Navy’s destroyer fleet. Construction of SD-KDY-42 was completed in 16 BBY with shake-down trials completed the following year. In 5 BBY, SD-KDY-42 was officially named the ISD-II Warrior by Admiral Demetrius Zaarin, alongside the Thunderer, Implacable and Stalwart from the same Batch.

The Warrior’s first assignment was to Battlegroup Omar, under command of Captain Tobias Raya, where she performed protective duties of the system’s TIE fighter research and production facilities. Despite the rare pirate incursion and odd scouting mission into neighbouring systems, this would prove a largely uneventful tour for Captain Raya and the rest of the Battlegroup. The momentous, galaxy-shaking events taking place elsewhere Corewards passed by the Omar system with only holonet mentions of the destruction of the first Death Star at the hands of terrorist dissidents.

The relative calm of the system was shattered in 4 ABY, when turncoat Grand Admiral Zaarin – the same flag office who named the Warrior, arrived in system with a fleet to destroy the TIE fighter production facilities. The Battlegroup was outnumbered and outmatched – Zaarin completely destroyed his targets, but not without taking losses. The ensuing fleet engagement saw the destruction of two destroyers, six medium hulls and numerous lighter craft. The Warrior itself did not escape unscathed, suffering heavy hull damage and the loss of over half of its fighter and bomber complement. With Omar lost and the Battlegroup in tatters, the Warrior’s Captain gave the order for the ship to flee Corewards in the hope of salvation.

===New Galaxy Order: 4 ABY – 10 ABY===
It took four months for the Warrior to finally limp into the rings of the Kuat Drive Yards for much needed repair and reconstitution. But the Warrior came back to a galaxy in turmoil. The Emperor was dead – slain according to the rumours by his own acolyte, the dread Darth Vader who himself then vanished in the aftermath of the second Death Star’s destruction.

The terrorists responsible for setting the galaxy aflame then schemed to set themselves up as the so-called New Republic, claiming authority over all worlds. The Imperial fleet was in disarray, with Sector Admirals falling back to their own fiefdoms and enclaves. Other Imperial Admirals, sensing the impending chaos, grabbed what they could before setting themselves up as Warlords in their own right. Barely two weeks into a fraught repair schedule, the Warrior received orders to join Admiral Treuten Teradoc in the Centares system, the hub of the Maldrood sector where he was establishing his own dominion. Captain Raya refused, citing the lack of communication and confirmation of orders from High Command on Imperial Centre. A day later, under the guise of a routine resupply shuttle, a squad of Stormtroopers boarded the Warrior, breached the ship’s command bridge and gunned down Raya. His XO, Commander Doon, promptly dropped docking anchors and set course for Centares.

On arrival in Centares, the Warrior was quickly absorbed into High Admiral Teradoc’s growing fleet. A new Captain was installed, Rear Admiral Kari Bosch and the hangars took delivery of new fighter craft including a complement of 12 TIE Advanced.

Teradoc promptly put Bosch to task; the Warrior spearheaded Teradoc’s expansion in the wider Maldrood Sector and saw action in numerous fleet engagements with Rebel forces attempting to bring the Warlord to heel. The most significant action took place in 5 ABY over the skies of Togoria, which had joined Teradoc’s Greater Maldrood hegemony the previous year. A large conquering Rebel force engaged the system defence fleet; the Warrior and accompanying fleet of four Destroyers was already en route to consolidate Teradoc’s grip on the system when it emerged from hyperspace into a full-scale engagement already underway. The action lasted for over 18 hours; both sides suffered horrific casualties. Two Star Destroyers were lost with all hands although the Warrior itself suffered only minor damage and the loss of 27 fighters. The Rebels were driven off with a bloodied nose and Togoria was saved.

By 8 ABY, Teredoc's growing rivalry with fellow Warlord, Grand Admiral Zsinj, had erupted into full-scale conflict and for the first time, the guns of the Warrior fired on fellow Imperials. High Admiral Teradoc was growing ever increasingly paranoid and Grand Admiral Thrawn’s failed push for Imperial reclamation in 9 ABY only spurred on Teradoc’s delusions of threat. Bosch, a native of the political power plays of Coruscant, began to grow concerned for the safety of his own position and crew.

===A New Hope: 10 - 30 ABY===
Unbeknownst to the squabbling Warlords of the Core, in the far reaches of the Outer Rim an Imperial Warlord had been slowly, quietly, consolidating his own power and authority; Grand Admiral [[Ronin]]. Headquartered in the Aurora System, Ronin had amassed a considerable powerbase of fleets and industrialised planets, staying above the bickering of the Imperial Remnant and keeping Palpatine’s New Order alive.

In 10 ABY, High Admiral [[Kawolski]] was appointed as Executive Officer of Ronin’s Emperor’s Hammer Strike Fleet. Kawolski was an Imperial Academy classmate of Admiral Bosch. A message was sent to Bosch; it spoke of an opportunity to be part of something close to the Imperial glory of old, absent of politics and power struggles. Towards the close of that year, during a routine visit to one of Teradoc’s supplicant planets, the Warrior suffered a hyperdrive mishap and never emerged from hyperspace.

Bosch had made his play and transferred his loyalty and ship to Grand Admiral Ronin. The Warrior and her complement of crew and fighters was gladly received. Bosch’s first assigned was as lead Destroyer in Battlegroup V, part of the Auroran Homeguard. Not the most glamorous of assignments, but ship needed time to develop trust on both sides.

In 20 ABY, the Strike Fleet underwent significant restructure. By now, Bosch had been promoted and appointed Moff of the Hyperion System. Grand Admiral Ronin had retreated to the monastical life on Aurora and Grand Admiral [[Rapier]] now led the Fleet.
High Admiral [[Frodo March]] oversaw the reassignment of the Warrior to the First Recon Division’s Battlegroup II. With the move came a change to the ship’s fighter complement; [[Wing II]] now had a diverse range of craft to enable the Warrior’s new mission: Deep Space Depredation. These changes were not all without rancor. The Warrior’s crew had grown complacent with extended Homeguard duty and its new mission needed their edge sharpened. Admiral March, his tasking of overseeing the changes accomplished moved on, and Vice Admiral [[Plif]] took over reigns. In a bid to shake off the lethargy and regain the Warrior’s fighting spirit, the ship undertook several deep space offensive strikes against Rebel holdings. The Warrior performed beyond expectations and solidified its reputation as a hard-hitting ship with an exemplary crew.

Over the next few years, the Warrior produced a number of first-class commanding officers who went on to higher echelons within the Fleet, including future TIE Corps Commanders, Admirals [[Pete Mitchell]] and Plif. In 30 ABY, freshly minted Rear Admiral [[Zekk Terrik]], took command of the Warrior. Terrik, having proven himself as a ferocious pilot and CO of [[Sin Squadron]], was tasked by Fleet Admiral Plif to bring the Warrior to the forefront of the Fleet’s expansion into the Unknown Regions.

After Rear Admiral [[Zekk Terrik]]'s turbulent departure from the Commodore position, that left the ISDII Warrior in need of new direction. Sin Squadron once again provided the person who would take over the WarCOM, High Admiral [[Mordechi Wolfe]], who would lead the Warrior in [[Raise the Flag]] for 2021. After some months of leadership, the High Admiral decided that it was once again time to retire and left the position open.

===A New Order: 31 ABY - Current===

In a series of very odd circumstances, Vice Admiral [[Marenta Jean]] assumed the role of Commodore in 31 ABY, right before [[Imperial Storm]] IV, leading the Warrior to victory over the other two Battlegroups. Over her tenure, the Warrior saw new Commander step in, experimental squadron sizes, and many improvements to paperwork and moral. As [[Imperial Storm]] V approached, newly promoted Admiral Marenta, passed the reigns to the next BGCOM.

[[Rear Admiral]] JetMech was appointed captain of Battlegroup II and the Warrior in Imperial Storm V and shortly promoted to Battlegroup Commander.

Welcome to the Inaugural Issue of "Proceedings”!

Greetings, fellow members of The Emperor's Hammer, and welcome to the debut issue of "Proceedings" – our very own academic journal that delves into the intriguing realms of online gaming, strategy, and everything in between. He has previously served in a variety of roles in [[Sin Squadron]] aboard the ''Imperial II''-class Star Destroyer ''[[Warrior]]'' including [[Squadron Commander]].

= Family History =

Lawrence Hogan (father of Robert Hogan) was born on {{SW Wiki|Coruscant}} in 23 BBY and from a young age had a desire to serve in the Imperial military. He commissioned from the {{SW Wiki|Royal Imperial Academy}} on Coruscant in 4 BBY and was assigned to the ''Imperial I''-class Star Destroyer ''{{SW Wiki|Adjudicator}}''’s navigation section. In 1 BBY while on serving on the ''Adjudicator''’s technical courier detail, his shuttle was attacked and disabled by Rebel forces, with the Lieutenant being captured, interrogated, and tortured at length for information on Imperial navigational technology and codes. After 3 months of captivity, he was able to escape through an escape shuttle, rescuing another officer onboard as well. Following his escape and return to Imperial space, he was reassigned to serve as the personal aide to the Naval Liaison Officer to the Royal Atravian Naval Auxiliary.

Her Highness Princess Kathlyll of Atravis (mother of Robert Hogan) was born on {{SW Wiki|Atravis}} in 22 BBY and was a member of the Atravian Royal Family and niece of the King. Her fascination with spacecraft led to her commissioning from the Royal Imperial Academy on Coruscant in 3 BBY and she was assigned to the newly commissioned ''Executor''-class Super Star Destroyer ''[[Avenger]]'', operations section. However, her naval career would be cut short by the death of her grandfather, King Vinis, when she returned home to serve as an officer in the Royal Atravian Naval Auxiliary. Serving as a logistics officer, she coordinated the activities of a squadron in their fleet replenishment mission to supply nearby Imperial installations and naval forces.

While Lawrence Hogan was assigned to the Liaison Officer, he met Princess Kathlyll at the annual parade festivities and the two began a relationship a few months later. They married in a ceremony in 2 ABY in the Chapel Royal on Atravis, with The Princess being given the title of Viscountess of Labrynna by the King. Shortly afterward, Hogan was reassigned to the Imperial Naval College on Aurora Prime as an instructor, with Princess Kathlyll moving with him and resigning her Auxiliary commission to focus on family matters.

= Early Life =

Hogan was born in 4 ABY on [[Aurora Prime]] as the only son of Lawrence Hogan, Viscount of Labrynna, and Her Highness Princess Kathyll, Viscountess of Labrynna. As the child of an Imperial naval officer and a member of the Atravian royal family, Hogan enjoyed high social standing growing up and quickly developed a fascination with spaceflight. While a boy, his father, assigned to the Imperial Naval College, often took Hogan along on short training flights. During his childhood, Hogan was exposed to a variety of hobbies and pursuits, but drawn most to music. He was primarily educated in his younger years by a combination of his parents and tutors, but had his sights set on the Imperial Naval College once he was of age.

= Formal Education =

In 25 ABY at age 21, Hogan was accepted to the Imperial Naval College on Aurora Prime, where he began a rigorous curriculum with the goal of following in his parents’ footsteps. Although they were opposed to this and wanted a more quiet and peaceful life for him, they did support him in his endeavors. While at the Academy, Hogan studied a vast array or courses from multiple disciplines, eventually pursuing a specialization in electronic warfare and a career as a pilot. Hogan also continued his musical passions, playing as a member of the Ceremonial Band and performing in a number of prominent parades and ceremonies. Hogan graduated from the Naval College with honors, was on the Commandant’s List, and obtained his flight certification during his course of study.

= Military Career =

After graduation from the Naval College in 28 ABY, Hogan was commissioned as a Sub-Lieutenant in the Emperor's Hammer TIE Corps. He underwent final flight officer training with the Fleet aboard the ''Executor''-class Super Star Destroyer ''[[Avenger]]'' while the First Recon Division was mobilized and on patrol in a classified location. While in training on the ''Avenger'', Hogan gained flight experience in the TIE/ln Fighter, TIE/in Interceptor, and TIE/sb Bomber.

=== Sin Squadron ===

Upon earning his flight certification and being commissioned in the TIE Corps, Hogan was assigned to Sin Squadron aboard the ''Imperial II''-class Star Destroyer ''Warrior''. Under the command of squadron commander Colonel [[Zekk Terrik]] and flight leader Colonel [[Stryker]], Hogan began to adjust to the squadron’s exclusive TIE model, the [[TIE Sinister|TIE/sn Sinister]]. In his first month in Sin Squadron, Hogan earned the [[Commendation of Bravery]] for completing 30 missions and finished his basic training at IWATS. With both high activity levels and communications skills, he was quickly promoted to Lieutenant Commander and appointed as Flight Leader of Sin’s third flight and made the squadron’s Executive Officer. In his new leadership role, Hogan sought to make his activity an example for his flight, and earned multiple Silver Stars and Bronze Stars in recognition of his efforts.

At the beginning of 29 ABY, Hogan succeeded Colonel Terrik as the Commander of Sin Squadron, with the Colonel, newly promoted to Rear Admiral, assuming command of the ''Warrior''. Shortly after, Hogan would propose the [[TIE Corps Commander's Unit Award]] and the [[TIE Corps Meritorious Unit Award]], both of which would be approved and implemented shortly after. During the Corps’s annual efficiency exercise, [[Squadron_(Re)Mobilization|Squadron ReMobilization]], Hogan led Sin Squadron to a 4th place finish, completing the eleven objectives within two days of the third place team, compared with the five weeks to complete the objectives in 29 ABY.

Serving for a six month tour of duty as Squadron Commander, Hogan returned to being a Flight Member of Sin, where he was succeeded by Commander [[Wreckage]] and continued to participate in Squadron and Fleet competitions. Following the implementation of the [[Imperial Achievement Ribbon]], Hogan was the first recipient for his design of the medal and ribbon. He earned the title of "Trivia Grand Tour Season Six Champion (2021)" by edging out the reigning champion, General [[Pickled Yoda]], across the months-long competition. His high level of flight activity was beneficial in [[Raise the Flag 2021|Raise the Flag (2021)]], and combined with his graphical design skills, placed him as the second-highest scorer in the Squadron.

After four months serving as a Flight Member, Hogan was elevated to the Flight Leader of Flight 2, and later made Executive Officer where he continued to set high levels of activity, ultimately winning the title of "MP Ace of the TIE Corps (2021)". He flew for the Sintoxicated team in the [[Chalquila Cup]], captained by Major [[SkyShadow]], as a primary. Although the team was not able to medal, the exercise brought members of the squadron together and provided valuable experience in working together in more close-quarters dogfighting operations. His graphic experience was soon again called upon, with Hogan designing the ribbon and medal for the [[Operational Readiness Award]], and after serving as Flight Leader and Executive Officer for six months, he stepped down from his position as Executive Officer.

=== Command Attaché to the Training Officer ===

Shortly thereafter, Hogan was appointed [[Command Attache | Command Attaché]] to the [[Training Officer]] by the new Training Officer, Rear Admiral [[Sylas Pitt]], and was promoted to the flag rank of Rear Admiral. Under the leadership of the new Training Officer, he was finally able to finish a course he had been working on for some time, Forward Air Controller, and release it to the Fleet, which he received the Professorship for. He also worked with other members of the Training Office, Education Committee, and course Professors to identify, triage, and if necessary, update, completely rewrite, or inactivate for the time being. In addition to his new role, Hogan remained involved in Sin Squadron, continuing to compete for them in fleet competitions such as during [[Raise the Flag 2022|Raise the Flag (2022)]], where he placed third within the entire TIE Corps.

Hogan's first major project and responsibility as Command Attaché was the designing and implementing of a qualifications system for the [[Imperial University]]. During this effort, he and the Training Officer worked closely to ensure the system met the needs of the Training Office, consulted Professors, Training Officer Assistants, and members of the Education Committee to develop requirements. Hogan also took an active role in the technical implementation of the system, providing detailed requirements to the Internet Office and providing input on database schema design. The project, initially launched with the Certificate level of qualification, became active in early 31 ABY. For his work and responsibilities on the project, Hogan would be awarded the [[Gold Star of the Empire]] by the Training Officer.

While assigned to the Training Office, Hogan would continue to provide assistance to the Internet Office, especially when it came to heraldry and insignia design. During a revitalization of the Fleet's medals, he would provide the design for the [[Medal of Scholarship]] and a redesign of the [[Medal of Instruction]]. Hogan was also detailed to the modernization of the Emperor's Hammer 3D medal assets, and, along with Major [[Kalve Ryder]], worked to model the various insignia of the organization. These included more simple designs such as Ryder's redesign of the Imperial Service Medal, to complex and intricate designs such as the Legion of Combat and Medal of Tactics. The project additionally entailed the production of high quality renders of the medals and their upgrades. For both of their work on the project, both Hogan and Ryder were awarded the Gold Star of the Empire by the Internet Officer.

During [[Raise the Flag 2023|Raise the Flag (2023)]], Hogan flew extensively with fellow pilots on the ''Warrior'' placed him fifth within the TIE Corps, and majorly contributed to Sin Squadron's finish in 6th place in the squadron competition. This Raise the Flag also saw the ''Warrior'' once again designated as the TIE Corps Flagship, reclaiming the title after having lost it two years prior. Following the conclusion of Raise the Flag, Hogan resigned from flight status, administratively transferring his TIE Corps commission to the Reserves to focus on his role as Command Attaché to the Training Officer.

During this time, Hogan supported Admiral [[Sylas Pitt]] in the creation of the Training Office's new academic publication, [[TO:Proceedings | Proceedings]], typesetting the journal and providing editorial support. The publication, devised as a part of the Imperial University's qualifications system, is intended to publish the various theses submitted by Emperor's Hammer members to complete their Graduate-level qualifications.

While Hogan is not a styled member of the Atravian Royal House, he is considered a member of the royal family and remains close with a number of his relatives. As such, he is considered a member of the hereditary peerage and uses the courtesy title of his mother, Her Highness The Viscountess of Labrynna, which he serves to inherit. He participates in events with the extended royal family as often as possible, including Pass In Review parades, Atravian Naval College commencement ceremonies, and annual Life Day celebrations.

On the occasion of the King's Silver Jubilee, Hogan was formally granted his charge and arms by letters patent from the Royal Atravian College of Arms. Following tradition, he was also presented a one meter by one meter depiction of arms, created from velvet and bullion by the heralds at the College. At present, this traditional and handcrafted depiction is displayed in the West Transept of the Royal Hall, Palace of Atravis, alongside those of his parents.

The '''General Campaign Medal (GCM)''' is a [[Campaign medal|campaign medal]] of the Emperor's Hammer. It is awarded to members who participate in certain named Campaigns as designated by the [[Fleet Commander]] or [[Executive Officer]].

== Criteria ==

The General Campaign Medal is awarded to all Emperor's Hammer members who participate in approved named Campaigns. An Emperor's Hammer campaign is a named operation that advances the EH plot line with broad participation by members in one or more subgroups. The base medal is issued with a unique ribbon and clasp to represent the Campaign for which the medal was awarded.

== Award Authority ==

The General Campaign Medal is awarded administratively through the Campaign Management interface by an authorized officer; it is not recommended and processed through the approval queue like most other awards. The approval authority for award of the GCM is a [[Subgroup Commander]]. This authority may be further delegated to a member of the respective subgroup command staff.

The approval authority for the establishment of an Emperor's Hammer Campaign is the [[Fleet Commander]] or [[Executive Officer]].

= Family History =

Lawrence Hogan (father of Robert Hogan) was born on {{SW Wiki|Coruscant}} in 23 BBY and from a young age had a desire to serve in the Imperial military. He commissioned from the {{SW Wiki|Royal Imperial Academy}} on Coruscant in 4 BBY and was assigned to the ''Imperial I''-class Star Destroyer ''{{SW Wiki|Adjudicator}}''’s navigation section. In 1 BBY while on serving on the ''Adjudicator''’s technical courier detail, his shuttle was attacked and disabled by Rebel forces, with the Lieutenant being captured, interrogated, and tortured at length for information on Imperial navigational technology and codes. After 3 months of captivity, he was able to escape through an escape shuttle, rescuing another officer onboard as well. Following his escape and return to Imperial space, he was reassigned to serve as the personal aide to the Naval Liaison Officer to the Royal Atravian Naval Auxiliary.

Her Highness Princess Kathlyll of Atravis (mother of Robert Hogan) was born on {{SW Wiki|Atravis}} in 22 BBY and was a member of the Atravian Royal Family and niece of the King. Her fascination with spacecraft led to her commissioning from the Royal Imperial Academy on Coruscant in 3 BBY and she was assigned to the newly commissioned ''Executor''-class Super Star Destroyer ''[[Avenger]]'', operations section. However, her naval career would be cut short by the death of her grandfather, King Vinis, when she returned home to serve as an officer in the Royal Atravian Naval Auxiliary. Serving as a logistics officer, she coordinated the activities of a squadron in their fleet replenishment mission to supply nearby Imperial installations and naval forces.

While Lawrence Hogan was assigned to the Liaison Officer, he met Princess Kathlyll at the annual parade festivities and the two began a relationship a few months later. They married in a ceremony in 2 ABY in the Chapel Royal on Atravis, with The Princess being given the title of Viscountess of Labrynna by the King. Shortly afterward, Hogan was reassigned to the Imperial Naval College on Aurora Prime as an instructor, with Princess Kathlyll moving with him and resigning her Auxiliary commission to focus on family matters.

= Early Life =

Hogan was born in 4 ABY on [[Aurora Prime]] as the only son of Lawrence Hogan, Viscount of Labrynna, and Her Highness Princess Kathyll, Viscountess of Labrynna. As the child of an Imperial naval officer and a member of the Atravian royal family, Hogan enjoyed high social standing growing up and quickly developed a fascination with spaceflight. While a boy, his father, assigned to the Imperial Naval College, often took Hogan along on short training flights. During his childhood, Hogan was exposed to a variety of hobbies and pursuits, but drawn most to music. He was primarily educated in his younger years by a combination of his parents and tutors, but had his sights set on the Imperial Naval College once he was of age.

= Formal Education =

In 25 ABY at age 21, Hogan was accepted to the Imperial Naval College on Aurora Prime, where he began a rigorous curriculum with the goal of following in his parents’ footsteps. Although they were opposed to this and wanted a more quiet and peaceful life for him, they did support him in his endeavors. While at the Academy, Hogan studied a vast array or courses from multiple disciplines, eventually pursuing a specialization in electronic warfare and a career as a pilot. Hogan also continued his musical passions, playing as a member of the Ceremonial Band and performing in a number of prominent parades and ceremonies. Hogan graduated from the Naval College with honors, was on the Commandant’s List, and obtained his flight certification during his course of study.

= Military Career =

After graduation from the Naval College in 28 ABY, Hogan was commissioned as a Sub-Lieutenant in the Emperor's Hammer TIE Corps. He underwent final flight officer training with the Fleet aboard the ''Executor''-class Super Star Destroyer ''[[Avenger]]'' while the First Recon Division was mobilized and on patrol in a classified location. While in training on the ''Avenger'', Hogan gained flight experience in the TIE/ln Fighter, TIE/in Interceptor, and TIE/sb Bomber.

=== Sin Squadron ===

Upon earning his flight certification and being commissioned in the TIE Corps, Hogan was assigned to Sin Squadron aboard the ''Imperial II''-class Star Destroyer ''Warrior''. Under the command of squadron commander Colonel [[Zekk Terrik]] and flight leader Colonel [[Stryker]], Hogan began to adjust to the squadron’s exclusive TIE model, the [[TIE Sinister|TIE/sn Sinister]]. In his first month in Sin Squadron, Hogan earned the [[Commendation of Bravery]] for completing 30 missions and finished his basic training at IWATS. With both high activity levels and communications skills, he was quickly promoted to Lieutenant Commander and appointed as Flight Leader of Sin’s third flight and made the squadron’s Executive Officer. In his new leadership role, Hogan sought to make his activity an example for his flight, and earned multiple Silver Stars and Bronze Stars in recognition of his efforts.

At the beginning of 29 ABY, Hogan succeeded Colonel Terrik as the Commander of Sin Squadron, with the Colonel, newly promoted to Rear Admiral, assuming command of the ''Warrior''. Shortly after, Hogan would propose the [[TIE Corps Commander's Unit Award]] and the [[TIE Corps Meritorious Unit Award]], both of which would be approved and implemented shortly after. During the Corps’s annual efficiency exercise, [[Squadron_(Re)Mobilization|Squadron ReMobilization]], Hogan led Sin Squadron to a 4th place finish, completing the eleven objectives within two days of the third place team, compared with the five weeks to complete the objectives in 29 ABY.

Serving for a six month tour of duty as Squadron Commander, Hogan returned to being a Flight Member of Sin, where he was succeeded by Commander [[Wreckage]] and continued to participate in Squadron and Fleet competitions. Following the implementation of the [[Imperial Achievement Ribbon]], Hogan was the first recipient for his design of the medal and ribbon. He earned the title of "Trivia Grand Tour Season Six Champion (2021)" by edging out the reigning champion, General [[Pickled Yoda]], across the months-long competition. His high level of flight activity was beneficial in [[Raise the Flag 2021|Raise the Flag (2021)]], and combined with his graphical design skills, placed him as the second-highest scorer in the Squadron.

After four months serving as a Flight Member, Hogan was elevated to the Flight Leader of Flight 2, and later made Executive Officer where he continued to set high levels of activity, ultimately winning the title of "MP Ace of the TIE Corps (2021)". He flew for the Sintoxicated team in the [[Chalquila Cup]], captained by Major [[SkyShadow]], as a primary. Although the team was not able to medal, the exercise brought members of the squadron together and provided valuable experience in working together in more close-quarters dogfighting operations. His graphic experience was soon again called upon, with Hogan designing the ribbon and medal for the [[Operational Readiness Award]], and after serving as Flight Leader and Executive Officer for six months, he stepped down from his position as Executive Officer.

=== Command Attaché to the Training Officer ===

Shortly thereafter, Hogan was appointed [[Command Attache | Command Attaché]] to the [[Training Officer]] by the new Training Officer, Rear Admiral [[Sylas Pitt]], and was promoted to the flag rank of Rear Admiral. Under the leadership of the new Training Officer, he was finally able to finish a course he had been working on for some time, Forward Air Controller, and release it to the Fleet, which he received the Professorship for. He also worked with other members of the Training Office, Education Committee, and course Professors to identify, triage, and if necessary, update, completely rewrite, or inactivate for the time being. In addition to his new role, Hogan remained involved in Sin Squadron, continuing to compete for them in fleet competitions such as during [[Raise the Flag 2022|Raise the Flag (2022)]], where he placed third within the entire TIE Corps.

Hogan's first major project and responsibility as Command Attaché was the designing and implementing of a qualifications system for the [[Imperial University]]. During this effort, he and the Training Officer worked closely to ensure the system met the needs of the Training Office, consulted Professors, Training Officer Assistants, and members of the Education Committee to develop requirements. Hogan also took an active role in the technical implementation of the system, providing detailed requirements to the Internet Office and providing input on database schema design. The project, initially launched with the Certificate level of qualification, became active in early 31 ABY. For his work and responsibilities on the project, Hogan would be awarded the [[Gold Star of the Empire]] by the Training Officer.

While assigned to the Training Office, Hogan would continue to provide assistance to the Internet Office, especially when it came to heraldry and insignia design. During a revitalization of the Fleet's medals, he would provide the design for the [[Medal of Scholarship]] and a redesign of the [[Medal of Instruction]]. Hogan was also detailed to the modernization of the Emperor's Hammer 3D medal assets, and, along with Major [[Kalve Ryder]], worked to model the various insignia of the organization. These included more simple designs such as Ryder's redesign of the Imperial Service Medal, to complex and intricate designs such as the Legion of Combat and Medal of Tactics. The project additionally entailed the production of high quality renders of the medals and their upgrades. For both of their work on the project, both Hogan and Ryder were awarded the Gold Star of the Empire by the Internet Officer.

During [[Raise the Flag 2023|Raise the Flag (2023)]], Hogan flew extensively with fellow pilots on the ''Warrior'' placed him fifth within the TIE Corps, and majorly contributed to Sin Squadron's finish in 6th place in the squadron competition. This Raise the Flag also saw the ''Warrior'' once again designated as the TIE Corps Flagship, reclaiming the title after having lost it two years prior. Following the conclusion of Raise the Flag, Hogan resigned from flight status, administratively transferring his TIE Corps commission to the Reserves to focus on his role as Command Attaché to the Training Officer.

While Hogan is not a styled member of the Atravian Royal House, he is considered a member of the royal family and remains close with a number of his relatives. As such, he is considered a member of the hereditary peerage and uses the courtesy title of his mother, Her Highness The Viscountess of Labrynna, which he serves to inherit. He participates in events with the extended royal family as often as possible, including Pass In Review parades, Atravian Naval College commencement ceremonies, and annual Life Day celebrations.

On the occasion of the King's Silver Jubilee, Hogan was formally granted his charge and arms by letters patent from the Royal Atravian College of Arms. Following tradition, he was also presented a one meter by one meter depiction of arms, created from velvet and bullion by the heralds at the College. At present, this traditional and handcrafted depiction is displayed in the West Transept of the Royal Hall, Palace of Atravis, alongside those of his parents.
