Before his rise to [[IWTAC]], Sienar lead Black and Enforcer Squadrons as well as Wing II aboard the MC-90 Fear. Sienar's highest rank in the IW was Line Admiral, a rank that existed between Rear Admiral and Vice Admiral. Sienar was the last IWTAC for over half a year, holding the position until it was disbanded by IWCOM Adren Silvori (AKA Darkmage) in his inagural IWCOM Report. The position was later revived by IWXO Orzon in his first Acting-IWCOM Report. Sienar was briefly [[IWOC]] before entering the reserves.

During his time with the IW, he contributed several courses to the archives of the [[IW Training Academy|Infiltrator Wing Training Academy]]. Most of these were lost during [[Astatine]]'s rule as he attempted to abolish all EH sub-groups. The only course from the entire IWTA archives that has managed to survive through the years is Sienar's "Crazy Tactics That Work", which details the various unconventional and seemingly suicidal tactics frequently displayed by Sienar on the battlefield.

[[Sadhe Squadron]] was his first home, until it was disbanded and the pilots dispersed among other squadrons in Wing V. After a year of flying with Nun he was promoted to squad commander, which he held for half a year before his IW responsibilities demanded more time than he could afford to split between the two sub-groups. In his teen years, he helped Grand Admiral Demetrius Zaarin design the TIE Avenger and the P-sz9.7 engines used in the TIE Defender. Upon Zaarin's defection, Xavier requested to join the hunt and was assigned to Vice Admiral Thrawn's task force. After Zaarin's defeat, Sienar continued to fly under Thrawn, eventually being reassigned to the Emperor's Hammer which was dealing with uprisings in the far Outer Rim.

In the Kappa Squadron report immediately after Leocadio's arrival, LC Repulsor wrote:
"The Squadron welcomes its newest member, SL Leocadio, whose name was typed in all-lowercase since TIE Goat somehow has chosen the SHIFT key to be chewed on, and replacement is slow to happen."

This prompted a response from MAJ Drachen:
"I was hoping it wouldn't come to this but ... can we please be mindful of our new SL's name choices. I know it's odd but ever since his dog was crushed by a Capital L that fell off a building when he was a child he as forever had a phobia and a hatred of all capital l's please any communication with him please be mindful of this as you type."

To which Leocadio replied:
"Sometimes I cry myself to sleep when I think about a capital l."

Despite pleas from Leocadio, VA Plif enforced the naming standards.

The Merit Cross is the basic merit award of the Infiltrator Wing, given for any activity above and beyond the call of duty. Examples of this are creating a unit web page, assisting your commander in certain activities, and generally being an outstanding member of the IW. First Class Merit Crosses are also awarded for members scoring 100% on a IWTA Course Submission while Second Classes are award to those scoring between 95 and 99%. This medal comes in two levels: Merit Cross First Class and Merit Cross Second Class, First Class being the senior of the two.

The Distinguished Service Medal is given for some event that is found to be crucially important to the growth and running of the fleet or for a long history of dedicated commitment and loyalty while greatly improving the Infiltrator Wing or. These acts must be so extraordinary as to clearly set the officer apart from others of his station, such as a Squadron or Wing Commander making their unit the best in the Fleet (elite units aside).

Former [[Infiltrator Wing]] Tactical Officer who launched Operation Rejuvenate in an attempt to fix all the bugs in the IW missions and battles across all platforms. Sienar was also the architect of the short-lived IW Support Division, a capital ship battle group conceived by IW Security Officer [[Astix]]. Before his rise to [[IWTAC]], Sienar lead Black and Enforcer Squadrons as well as Wing II aboard the MC-90 Fear. Sienar's highest rank in the IW was Brevet Admiral, a rank that existed between Rear Admiral and Vice Admiral.

During his time with the IW, he contributed several courses to the archives of the [[IW Training Academy|Infiltrator Wing Training Academy]]. Most of these were lost during [[Astatine]]'s rule as he attempted to abolish all EH sub-groups. The only course from the entire IWTA archives that has managed to survive through the years is Sienar's "Crazy Tactics That Work", which details the various unconventional and seemingly suicidal tactics frequently displayed by Sienar on the battlefield.

Although he advanced furthest in the IW, Sienar started his time in the EH as part of the [[TIE Corps]]. [[Sadhe Squadron]] was his first home, until it was disbanded and the pilots dispersed among other squadrons in Wing V. From there he began his career with [[Nun Squadron]], having been transferred there along with his former squad commander. After a year of flying with Nun he was promoted to squad commander, which he held for half a year before his IW responsibilities demanded more time than he could afford to split between the two sub-groups. Sienar also had brief assignments with Typhoon and Butcher Squadrons. Sienar currently is part of [[Sin Squadron]].

Sienar also served in the [[Dark Brotherhood|Dark Jedi Brotherhood]], first as a member of [[House Archanis]] of [[Clan Taldryan]] and later in [[House Dorimad Sol]] of [[Clan Scholae Palatinae]]. Sienar was one of the last Dark Jedi trained by [[Darth Vader]].

In his teen years, he helped Grand Admiral Demetrius Zaarin design the TIE Avenger and the P-sz9.7 engines used in the TIE Defender. Upon Zaarin's defection, Xavier requested to join the hunt and was assigned to Vice Admiral Thrawn's task force. After Zaarin's defeat, Sienar continued to fly under Thrawn, eventually being reassigned to the Emperor's Hammer which was dealing with uprisings in the far Outer Rim.
