The Master At Arms is in charge to keep the Secret Order well trained and ready for battle. In this capacity the MAA manages all Competitions and Events and the incoming Cluster of Fire Submissions. The MAA is responsible for keeping the Competitions relevant award up to date and helps Competition Runners to coordinate and judge if the need arises. The MAA is charged with upholding [[Vendetta|The Arts of Vendettas]] and has a Veto Right for the awarding of Spoils of War. Furthermore provides the MAA help in administrative duties of the Dark Council.

==[[MAA:Applied Arms Manual|Office of the Master at Arms]]==

The Office of the MAA handles all gaming activities throughout the Secret Order. Its officers consists of the following:
*[[Master-At-Arms|Master At Arms (MAA)]]: The MAA is in charge of leading and managing the Office of the Master at Arms and ensuring the tasks of the EH Command Staff and the Dark Council are completed.
**The current Master at Arms is [[Taurus|Inquisitor Taurus]]
*[[Praetor|Praetor: Master At Arms (P:MAA)]]: The Preator: Master at Arms is the right Hand of the MAA and can act as the MAA, if the need arises. 
**Current Preator to the Master as Arms is [[Legion Ordo|Stalker Legion Ordo]]
*[[Magistrate|Magistrate to the Master-At-Arms (M:MAA)]]: The Magistrates are assisting the MAA in creating and running competitions as well as helping members of the DB to create and run competitions.  
**Current Magistrate to the Master-At-Arms is NONE

====Crescents====

The MAA wants to promote and endorse any Competition a member of the Secret Order can participate, but to have better comparability between different Games and Activities the Tiers of applicable Crescents will be judged by participation numbers in the correlated Competition. 
*At least 10 Participants: Diamond Upgrade
*At least 8 Participants: Ruby Upgrade
*At least 6 Participants: Amethyst Upgrade
*At least 5 Participants: Sapphire Upgrade
*At least 3 Participants: Emerald Upgrade

These Additional Rules will be applied to Clan and Secret Order Competitions.
 
====Kaiburr Star====

A [[DB:Dark Side Compendium Awards#Kaiburr Star|Kaiburr Star]] can be granted for any Gaming Competition as an additional Reward. It distinguishes above and beyond excellence in a Competition that was not expected or really impressed. The Kaiburr Star will be awarded by the Dark Council.

===Cluster of Fire Submissions===
Cluster of Fire need to be manually submitted to the MAA via Email. The window for submitting usually is 72 hours from completion of a match. The Clusters will be reviewed by the MAA within one to two weeks and awarded via the Database; Rejections will be sent back to the Submitter.
Groups are allowed to submit Cluster of Fire for their group, but only for one game at a time and must include a note tieing everyone in the screenshots to their Database Pin-Numbers.

===Acceptable Match Configurations===
*The <b>Standard Rule</b> for the determination of a CoF is based on the Numbers of Players competing in a match 
*On even Numbers that is a 50/50 Split (e.g. 20 players on the winning side => 10 are eligible for a CoF)
*On uneven Numbers the best 51%
*If it is not otherwise specified the CoFs will be evaluated based on the actual score not the kills

*Generic Bots will not be included in the evaluation of the Board (e.g. Padawan)

* Three individual screenshots must be submitted to earn one Cluster of Fire
* These Screenshot can include any match type, including ranked and arena
* Each Screenshot needs to fit into the qualifications for a Cluster of Fire, this means the submitter needs to be in the top half of the winning team by score
