Combat Operations Office Assistant

A Combat Operations Assistant primarily assists the COO in processing multiplayer matches that are present in the queue, verifying submissions made by members to ensure that all submissions are within COO guidelines. They may also be assigned secondary projects and some may specialize as subject matter experts in particular platforms or operations. COOAs may also submit and run combat events, reporting results to the COO to properly submit awards.

Potential COOAs must complete the Combat Operations Exam 2 (COE/2) and contact the COO to apply for the position. COOAs will utilize the Queue Processing function on the website to review and approve submissions made by members. COOAs will either approve or deny matches based on the COO manual, in some cases submissions made be reviewed by the COO in the event of cases that do not meet requirements (i.e cases where members submit matches after the 72 hour window)

COOAs are assigned the COOA role on discord which is noted with the COOA tag and member's usernames are displayed in a teal color for easy recognition. COOAs will have access to the combat operations channel where COOAs can discuss submissions made, potential ideas for combat events, and discussing with the COO reagrding the office behind the scenes.
