The Minister of Communication is in charge of all the communication aspects of the Directorate. The MoC is responsible for the maintenance of the Directorate website, updating and managing the IRC Channel and keeping mailing lists up-to-date. The Minister of Communication, much like the other two positions of the Ministry Council, receives the title of Viscount upon appointment, and may be promoted up to the rank of Earl.
