Infiltrator Wing Operations and Communications Officer (IWOC, IWCS-6):
The IWOC was responsible for the Operations and Communications sections of the IWCS. Basically, this entails medals and web pages.
The IWOC was responsible for the approval (or denial) and recording of all medals awarded in the IW as well as supplying the IW with complete and up to date uniform,
medal and insignia pictures and maintaining an up-to-date Operations Manual. He or she was also responsible for the review and cataloguing of all official Infiltrator Wing web pages,
such as unit pages and IWCS offices. As with all IWCS officers, the IWOC had sent a weekly report to the IWCOM. The IWOC may appointed up to two Assistants (IWOC:A).

Maximum Rank: Admiral
Medal Awarding Authority: All IW Medals except the Black Cross of Infiltration, Navy Defense Medal, Echelon Guardian, Good Conduct Medal, and Internal Security Cross
Promotional Authority: IW Ranks up to General, IW Position of IWOC:A
