Born 06/09/6ABY on planet Bimmisaari, Giada Aurelious was brought into the world by her parents, Rhosyn and Frieden Aurelious. Giada grew up with no siblings, and had an easy childhood. However, her parents' protectiveness nurtured a wanderlust in Giada, as she dreamed of leaving home to wander the Galaxy.

At 17 years of age, Giada took the plunge and left home, stowing away on a freighter ship bound for Tatooine. There she spent 5 months working for the Basilisk "Baxtet" as a cleaner in his cantina. When the then-bounty-hunter Kane Polybius turned up on a job, Giada begged him to take her with him, in which she succeeded in leaving Tatooine, and onto the next leg of her journey.
