Sylas Pitt is a human from Brolsam.His father died defending Sylas and his mother while they fled from Brolsam after the liberation of Kal'Shebbol. His father was a retired Stormtrooper, while his mother was a retired logistics officer.One of the earliest memories for Sylas was at two years old, when the liberation of Kal'Shebbol by The New Republic caused a civil uproar around the sector. His parents were retired Imperial Officers who had retreated to Brolsam to live out the rest of their lives with their only son. Having such a well-known history, his family were quickly targeted by local angry mobs, looking to round up and imprison Imperial Officials and sympathizers. His father lost his life defending Sylas and his mother, so they may escape. As a refugee, Sylas was raised by his mother on Coruscant, were he became enamored with the Imperial Navy. Honoring his father, Sylas dreamed of following in his footsteps. Sylas helped his mother with their small store in the alleys of Coruscant. He made deliveries and helped maintain the finances of the humble shop.
