Overview
The Palpatine Crescent is a Merit Award in the Emperor's Hammer. The Training Manual states that 'The Palpatine Crescent may be awarded to any member for exceptional service to the Ship, Wing, or equivalent sized group of units. This could include help with overall management or a member who is consistently contributing new ideas'.
This award can be granted by any Wing Commander or equivalent command position.
