Infiltrator Wing Executive Officer

Infiltrator Wing Executive Officer (IWXO, IWCS-2):
The IWXO was the deputy of the IWCOM. He was the second in command of the Infiltrator Wing, and was required to assist the IWCOM in any way possible.
The IWXO took over command of the Infiltrator Wing if the IWCOM was unavailable. He was also responsible for the release of the Infiltrator Wing Newsletter (IWNL).
The IWXO also sended out a Weekly Report to the IW and the IWCOM, the same way that all IWCS officers submitted weekly reports to the IWCOM.
The IWXO may appointed one Assistant (IWXO:A).

Minimum Rank: Brevet Admiral
Maximum Rank: Admiral
Medal Award Authority: All IW Medals except the Black Cross of Infiltration
Promotional Authority: IW Ranks up to Vice Admiral, All IW Positions except for IWCS.
