-Runs the entire [[Corporate_Division | Corporate Division]]. The PREX is the direct link between the Corporate Division and the Emperor's Hammer. The PREX's duties include:
-* Revising the Technical Manual.
-* Maintaining the Corporate Division Web Page.
-* Resolving disputes between Corporations.
-* Approving new Corporations.
-The PREX is appointed from the Board of Directors by the [[Fleet_Commander | Fleet Commander]] or [[Executive_Officer | Executive Officer]] (XO). The PREX can overrule any decision made by the Board of Directors, but may face reprimand and possible censure by 3/4 majority vote of the CD Board of Directors if the decision negatively affects the welfare of the Corporate Division.
