President of the Corporate Division

Position Description[edit]
Runs the entire Corporate Division. The PREX is the direct link between the Corporate Division and the Emperor's Hammer. The PREX's duties include:
- Revising the Technical Manual.
- Maintaining the Corporate Division Web Page.
- Resolving disputes between Corporations.
- Approving new Corporations.
The PREX is appointed from the Board of Directors by the Fleet Commander or Executive Officer (XO). The PREX can overrule any decision made by the Board of Directors, but may face reprimand and possible censure by 3/4 majority vote of the CD Board of Directors if the decision negatively affects the welfare of the Corporate Division.
