All information contained within page should be considered secondary to any official source and should only be used as an aid for assisting house leaders, not as a definitive document on any rules, requirements, or processes.

Promotions[edit]

| Stalker | 2 active months as Juggernaut | First creative work complete (find pieces of lightsaber) |
| Knight | 2 active months as Stalker | Second creative work complete (assemble lightsaber) AND all lightsaber Shadow Academy courses completed |
Any promotion above Knight requires leadership position in Secret Order and/or contributions to the Secret Order as a whole and do not have any specific requirements.
Medals for Monthly Activity[edit]

Note: A CoF is used above as a guideline as it is both a unique Secret Order award and requires greater effort to achieve than a standard PvP/PvE victory or SP mission, which makes it a nice basis for merit award measurement. You can decide your own formula, but a 3 PvP/5 PvE/5 SP missions/2 DB SP missions = 1 CoF is a reasonable calculation (with Shadow Academy courses worth 3 CoFs)

NOTE: Competition awards must meet a minimum number of participants; if they have less than required, they go down to the next available award that meets the minimum requirement (ex: competition in entire SO that only 5 people participate in would earn the first place participant an Amethyst Star)

Cluster of Fire rules[edit]
- Be on the winning team
- Be in the top 50% of your team
- Email the screenshot to the Master-at-Arms, any MAA assistant, and your House leader
Leadership Tasks List[edit]

| Check-in with members blocked from promotion | When member has gone three months blocked at rank because of DBCORE or creative work |
Doing the Monthly House Evaluation ASAP once the new month arrives is the only real required date - everything else is suggested
