Imperial Navy Personnel Record

The Imperial Navy Personnel Record, colloqiually known and abbreviated as the INPR, is a short biography that each pilot in the Emperor's Hammer TIE Corps fills out upon their joining. It serves as something of an outward facing profile of the pilot, a synopsis of their history and disposition.

Publically viewable to all pilots, the INPR miniature biography focuses on primarily two major parts of each pilot.

• First, the beginning questions of an INPR asks for details about the pilot's identity and history. Below are the first questions on the Imperial Navy Personnel Record that fall into this category and a brief explanation about each.
  • Gender?
    • This open-response question acknowledges the uniqueness of identity between individuals and species and asks to be filled out to prevent errors and awkward social blunders.
  • Species?
    • The galaxy is a wide place, and sometimes people might not have seen a certain type of organism before. In addition, it provides information if you are quickly trying to locate a pilot to introduce yourself for the first time.

    • Understanding someone's past helps you understand their motivations. This knoweldge of fundamental parts of their upbringing and past helps illustrate their character more than anything.
  • Significant Events of Your Adulthood?

  • Previous Occupations?
    • Pilots can pick up unique skillsets and abilities from a variety of other jobs, all of which help inform any reader of an INPR more about the pilot.
• After these more factual and biographical questions, the INPR turns to asking more about characteristics of the pilot, asking questions about outlooks, likes and dislikes. These can be viewed below.
