During his retirement years, Mordred bought and customized a battered YT-2000 transport to his specs. Luxury suite, workshop, a proper medbay and some weaponry.
But it wasn't until the hoard of gems found in the Yellow Planet during the Kiljit conflict that the ship really began to shine.
Now, properly equipped with a two big turbolasers he'd found Force knows where, personalized controls for direct interface with his droids and brand new Bertriak "Voidcaster" Jamming Array (double dishes for more oOOOomph"), the Mugen Blue is properly prepared for the weekly travel deep into the Unknown Region to check on the "Green Planet Resort and Casino", near the southern canta of Chiss Ascendency territory
K9-I8, a pre-clone wars courrier droid with the clichê psychotic quirks of its kin, was upgraded to handle target optimizations, and can interface directly with the ship's computer.
T5-D2 is an astromech, and much more calm than his smaller counterpart, serves as navigator and mechanic.
The Mugen Blue is now a capable mid-range interceptor, and falls into the "Glass Cannon" philosophy: Jam the enemy sensors, maneuver and unload enough plasma to make the quarterly profit of a Tibanna mining station jump a few percent. And hope they don't fire back.
