Quick Definitions[edit]

Note that your leadership can see anything you submit on the website, but not anything else. So if you do something that's not submitted via the website (even if it's sending an email with a submission for a competition), make sure to let your direct leader know!
Clusters of Fire[edit]
In order to earn a Cluster of Fire, you must:
- For all supported games EXCEPT Galaxy of Heroes
- Be on the winning team of a PvP match
- Be in the top 50% of your team on a PvP match
- For Galaxy of Heroes:
- Win any single round of the Grand Arena
- Email the screenshot to the Master-at-Arms, any MAA assistant, and your House leader
Emails to the Master-At-Arms (MAA) should use the following format:
- Email should be directed to Master-At-Arms, with any MAA praetor and House leader CC'd
- Either in the Subject or the Text should be the Abbreviation "CoF" and the respective Game(s) mentioned
- Include your SO ID-Line
- If your username is not highlighted in the Screenshot, mention which user you are
E-Mails that will not match this Guidelines will be answered back and not be worked on until a clarification has been sent in.

Any promotion above Knight requires leadership position in Secret Order and/or contributions to the Secret Order as a whole and do not have any specific requirements.
Creative Works can be a fiction, piece of art, or any other type of creation that depicts the member first 1) acquiring components of their lightsaber (for the first creative work), followed by 2) assembling their lightsaber (for the second creative work). Creative works must be approved by the Herald and/or Dark Council in order to be considered valid. Alternative work may be considered satisfactory for the completion of the creative work as determined by the Dark Council.
