The Tempest-class TIE Punisher is a heavily engineered and modified variant of the original TIE/ca "Punisher". It was developed with the help of Honsou and the EH Research Department.
It was commissioned after the Squadron (Re)Mobilization 4 exercise 31 ABY as an award for completing all eight task to Tempest Squadron.

Modifications

The Modifications made to the original TIE/ca made sure to produce a ship more than well suited for the most advanced deep strike task.
