Overview[edit]
The War Cross is awarded as a first prize for Squadron or Group-wide competition, or as a second-place prize in a competition where the CBV is first prize.
The initial award is a War Cross, with multiple War Crosses afterwards (War Cross x2, War Cross x3, etc.)
Award Authority[edit]
This medal may be awarded by Squadron Commanders and up.
