Lambda Squadron

Lambda Squadron is a Special Forces squadron assigned to Wing I on the Imperial II-class star destroyer Hammer. On September 10, 2020, Lambda Squadron became the fourth squadron activated in Wing I.

History

• Lambda Squadron is one of the first six (6) squadrons created to house pilots in the Emperor's Hammer.
• Although created in Newsletter #2 (NL2) (01/04/1995), the squadron did not receive a commander until NL3.
• The squadron was reactivated on February 3, 2014 but was only active until March 31, 2014 when all Squadron Members were transferred to Theta Squadron when the ISD-II Warrior was reactivated.
• Lambda was reactivated again on September 10, 2020 as the TIE Corps grew in anticipation of Star Wars: Squadrons.

Notable Member Achievements

Many current and former pilots of Lambda Squadron are among the most active and most decorated pilots in the TIE Corps. Some notable achievements from pilots during their tenure with Lambda Squadron:

• Genie - Earned 1st place in Raise the Flag 2022 to become the TCCOM's Wingman, won MP Ace of the TIE Corps 2020, top pilot in TIE Corps in Battle Season Three and Season Five earning the TIE Corps Battlemaster title, won the COO's Star Wars Challenge Episode VI. Earned a Gold Star of the Empire for his contributions to Raise the Flag 2021. Earned a Grand Order of the Emperor for his dedicated to the TIE Corps.
• Gytheran - Won PvE Ace of the TIE Corps 2022, earned 1st place in the COO's Star Wars Squadrons Episode VII - 2021, reached the rank of Top Ace Ranger in the PvE Combat Ratings to earn a Gold Star of the Empire.
• Wolve Excelsior Berkana - Won the title of SP Ace of the TIE Corps 2022 and SP Ace of the TIE Corps for Season One 2023, earned the title of TIE Corps Battlemaster for TIE Corps in Battle Season Six
• TheBlackxRanger - Won the It's Them! Blast Them! competition to earn an IS-PR, won the title of PvP Ace of the TIE Corps 2022.
