The Fleet Commander (FC) is a Command Staff officer (CS-1) responsible for the overall operation of the entire Emperor's Hammer organization and its subgroups.
Position Description[edit]
The Fleet Commander (FC) is the Club Manager and overall leader of the Emperor’s Hammer Strike Fleet. The Fleet Commander is the one and only official liaison to the main Emperor's Hammer body and its Board of Trustees. The Fleet Commander appoints Command Staff Officers and Subgroup Commanders (SGCOMs). In addition, the Fleet Commander's decision on any matter in The Emperor’s Hammer is final. It should be stressed, however, that the Fleet Commander will endeavor to obtain all the facts from all parties involved (regardless of rank or status in the EH) prior to making final decisions or arbitration. The Fleet Commander is the only officer who may award the Medal of Honor and rank promotions of Fleet Admiral and above. All overall Fleet development ideas must be approved by the Fleet Commander prior to release to the rest of the Fleet.
Promotional Authority[edit]
The Fleet Commander possesses unlimited promotional authority, but is specifically responsible for rank promotions of Fleet Admiral and above.
Rank[edit]
Upon assuming command the Fleet Commander is promoted to the rank of Grand Admiral.
