The Home Guard is a combination of inactive Battlegroups and flagships that are not part of the First Recon Division. They are, according to the EH Storyline, guarding Aurora Prime.
As of Q1 of 2025, the following flagships and their battlegroups are assigned to the Home Guard:

- ISD Colossus- Battlegroup X
- ISD Predator- Battlegroup IX
- ISD Kawolski- Battlegroup XIII
