A full-time support position within the Emperor's Hammer chain of command permitted by Command Officers only. The position has the equivalent command authority to that of a Battlegroup Commander but only within their offices area and has little fleet wide command. This level of authority is invested in the Command Attaché so that he/she will be able to effectively carry out the orders of the Command Officer, and may change as those needs change. The Command Attaché is to be regarded as the personal assistant to the Command Officer's direction.
