Biography
Varik Kassel was born on the planet of Dantoonine during the height of the Galactic Civil War. Despite coming some simple farming stock, Varik and his young brother Joran were raised by their parents to be ardent imperalists. Soon after the fall of Emperor Palpatine, when Dantoonine came under the authority of the New Republic, Varik’s parents fell victim to an angry mob that attacked the Kassel homestead as an act of reprisal for the families open support of the Empire.
