The Imperial Cross is the second highest Merit Award in the Emperor's Hammer.
Citation
The Training Manual states that, 'The Imperial Cross is awarded to members who have shown exceptional loyalty and dedication to the Fleet. These Officers will have shown consistent, exceptional and innovative service in their assigned function.
