This award is an intricately crafted golden device in the shape of a stellar nova, and may be accompanied by an upgrade in the form of a pendant planetary cluster. The abbreviation for the Award is (GN)

Achieving first place in any official Vendetta event. Those who have earned the Gold Nova have distinguished themselves as being some of the most skilled Jedi in the galaxy, having defeated, in open conflict, their fellows within the Dark Brotherhood.
Upgrades
The type of Gold Nova awarded is upgraded at the following levels.
The cycle repeats itself following the sixth award, so that the winner has (GNG)(GN).
