The Grand Order of the Emperor (GOE) is the fourth-highest Merit Award in the Emperor's Hammer. It may be awarded to and displayed by any Emperor's Hammer member regardless of subgroup.
Criteria
Any member of the Emperor's Hammer may be awarded the Grand Order of the Emperor for service above and beyond the call of duty and valor extraordinaire. Award of this medal constitutes entrance into a fraternal order, members of which are highly respected in all manners of Imperial functions. Approval Authority: Fleet Commander, Executive Officer, or Subgroup Commander.
