Position Description
The Training Officer oversees all aspects of training within the Emperor's Hammer. This spans from initial helping of recruits to meet their entry requirements, regulation of new training strategies and to the running of IWATS and other academies.
The Training Officer heads and supervises the Imperial Weapons and Tactics School, the premiere training academy of the EH. Topics of training range from beginning orientation of the EH, to coding, tactics and editing of games. The Training Officer is also available to assist all members, new and old, with all aspects of the Emperor's Hammer.
In addition, the Training Officer maintains the EH Training Manual and is responsible for the maintance of the official EH titles list.
Duties
- Overseeing the operation of the Imperial Weapons and Tactics School (IWATS) and the Imperial University institution.
- Operation of IWATS courses and cooperation with SubGroup academies.
- Review and approval of all competitions.
- Running Training Office competitions.
- Maintaining the Training Manual.
- Assist all members in training matters.
- Maintance of the offical EH titles list.
- Head of the mentorship program.
