Lieutenant Commander (LCM) is the third-lowest rank in the TIE Corps.
Members of this rank are typically Flight Members or Flight Leaders. As with the previous rank, Lieutenant, the rank is very common due to the fairly low requirements.
Promotion to this rank is achieved by time in grade, but the promotion is only awarded at the discretion of the member's superiors.
