The Hall of Clan Alvaak is situated on Aurora Prime and dates back to when the clan was first moved to the planet. It is built adjacent to the Fleet Commander's Palace, underground in New Imperial City. It is presided over by the Consul and is the training facility of the entire clan.

The best pilots of Alvaak are chosen to be stationed on the Torpedo Sphere Empress Teta, which normally orbits Eos. It is here the Proconsul has his office and he traditionally oversees the flight practice of the Alvaak pilots.
