Cluster of Fire

Description

The Crescent is a crescent moon with a star in its center. It is made of polished platinum inlaid on brass background, and gems of the appropriate kind are lined on the moon. The artwork required to make it is almost as important as the skill required to win the award.

Award Authority

Any Dark Council member for all varieties; Consul, Proconsul for Amethyst and below; Battle Team Leader for Emerald and below.

Equivalent Award

In the TIE Corps, the Iron Star series of medals are awarded for competitions.

The Hammer's Fist awarded the Cross of Destruction series of competition awards.

The Directorate awarded the Seals series of competition awards (Seal of the Admiral, Seal of the Commander, Seal of the Strategist, and Seal of the Tactician).
