Engineer Candidate (CD)

These are not members of corporations, but rather trainees who must study basic Corporate Division procedure (i.e. the information contained within this manual) and pass an exam before assignment to a corporate detachment. Once they have found a place in a corporation as an Engineer Officer, they will be promoted to the rank of Assistant Technician.
