Former Infiltrator Wing Tactical Officer who launched Operation Rejuvenate in an attempt to fix all the bugs in the IW missions and battles across all platforms. Sienar was also the architect of the short-lived IW Support Division, a capital ship battle group conceived by IW Security Officer Astix. Before his rise to IWTAC, Sienar lead Black and Enforcer Squadrons as well as Wing II aboard the MC-90 Fear. Sienar's highest rank in the IW was Brevet Admiral, a rank that existed between Rear Admiral and Vice Admiral.

Although he advanced furthest in the IW, Sienar started his time in the EH as part of the TIE Corps. Sadhe Squadron was his first home, until it was disbanded and the pilots dispersed among other squadrons in Wing V. From there he began his career with Nun Squadron, having been transferred there along with his former squad commander. After a year of flying with Nun he was promoted to squad commander, which he held for half a year before his IW responsibilities demanded more time than he could afford to split between the two sub-groups. Sienar also had brief assignments with Typhoon and Butcher Squadrons. Sienar currently is part of Sin Squadron.

Sienar also served in the Dark Jedi Brotherhood, first as a member of House Archanis of Clan Taldryan and later in House Dorimad Sol of Clan Scholae Palatinae. Sienar was one of the last Dark Jedi trained by Darth Vader.
