The Special Projects Coordinator is fifth in the chain of command within the Intelligence Division. As the name implies, the SPC handles projects that do not fall within the jurisdiction of other Intel entities. Usually, the SPC will work with Plexus bureau on these projects
The Special Projects Coordinator must hold the rank of General (GN) upon appointment, and may be promoted up to Vice Admiral (VA). The SPC has Level 3 (L3, L4, L5, L6, L7) Intelligence Classification Access, and has access to all but the highest information regarding the Intelligence Division. The SPC is a designated Operator with level 400 X access in #DGN_Lichtor_V and 100 X access #Praetorian.
