Vice Admiral - Abbreviation (VA)
Definition
The holder of the rank of Vice Admiral is usually a Battlegroup Commander or Command Attaché (Vice Admiral being the minimum rank for both these positions). Also, a Commodore who has shown consistant and exceptional service may be promoted to this rank.
