Views of the Empire and Emperor's Hammer

The Empire is the only government wherein the great majority of the citizens in the galaxy were able to call themselves free to pursue a future without needing to worry for their security. Whether it be Physical, Economic, or Social, the Empire provided the assurance of security for all under it's jurisdiction. Being educated about the Empire after its fall, LQC found himself facing a choice: joining the New Republic, or joining the closest thing he could to the original Empire: the Emperor's Hammer. After digging around a bit (and flying a significant amount on an old Imperial-era flight simulator), he decided it was no choice at all, and got in contact with the Hammer forces at 15.

Reason for Enlisting in the Emperor's Hammer

A desire to serve a greater purpose, fight for the right reasons, and bring security to the galaxy from the controls of a TIE series fighter.

A Bit About RL Profile

I'm (at the time of writing) an 18 year old male, currently based on the US East Coast. I'm an immigrant, being born in Cuba (hence the backwater world...haha) and moving to the US when I was 9. Yes, I get a lot of questions regarding my username. That came about from my initials (Luis QC= LQC), and my favorite lego set at the time, set number 75300. I have always wanted to be a pilot, and I'm currently actively working towards that; I'm currently in college for Civil Engineering. I have a flight contract with the US Marine Corps which guarantees me a pilot slot if I choose to go that route, however I'm also considering the Air Force Reserve or just going the civilian route and using my degree to get enough money for a Private Pilot's License (they're not cheap!!). I'm a HUGE star wars nerd (you probably already know that if you're reading this...), but not for the lightsabers and force whatnots. I much prefer the technological side...nothing beats a Star Wars style space battle. I also do believe the Empire was...right, to an extent. Not all the way to the top...trust me, hailing from Communist Cuba, I hate dictatorships. But everything else the Star Wars galaxy had was corrupt (to a greater extent than the Empire) and/or didn't provide genuine security across the galaxy.
