Asp Squadron
Asp Squadron was one of the six squadrons assigned to Wing XIV aboard the ISDII Intrepid, a member of the Aggressor Strike Force. Like all ASF squadrons, Asp's primary focus was on multiplayer combat even if things didn't work out that way day-to-day.
In November 2000, Asp Squadron actually didn't have an objective or any fighters assigned to it. Before its fighters were wiped, it was the only active squadron in the TIE Corps at the time with a flight of T/Fs. Later in the month after some back-and-forth about what objective it could choose, Asp became a Psychological Warfare squadron with twelve TIE Phantoms. At the time, the Psychological Warfare objective was defined as "Creating even more fear in the hearts of Rebels. Making our enemies feel that absolutely NOWHERE is safe from the EH! This squadron will give many sleepless nights to many a Rebel!"
