Background
Born on one of many ORD worlds, Dynamus comes from military pedigree. This did help gain entry into the Imperial Academy, while their he chaffed under the rigid hierarchy. This did not stop him from earning high marks in fleet logistics and deployment. Often trying to take on full cadet cadre's assignments on how to improve efficiency within a unit. While this excellence did not go unnoticed his disregard for protocol ended with his graduation post to a "milk run" tour on the Imperial Star Galleon Versusa's Folly.
Imperial Service
Captain's Folly:
Versusa's Folly was not a prestigious assignment, and Ensign Dynamus knew it. It was there to stuff officers that displeased some high ranking official. Rather than transporting the wealth of Empire it was instead used to transport foodstuffs from sector to sector, front to front. He dealt with boredom that came with it, going into a rut of CAP missions and inventory checks. His mind began to wander as he tried to find ways to entertain himself, whether it be with sabaac or picking up certain skills.
One day the Ensign broke into the senior officer's mess to gain access to the ingredients Captain Regules stored away from each of their runs, the legality of which was questionable on where the captain obtained them. While finishing the dish he was caught by the second officer and thrown into the brig. Originally Dynamus was to be a reprimand, but the Captain instead removed him from flight duty and was assigned to work in the ward room for a month. He ended up having to make a number of meals on the fly often trying to remain on senior officer's good side to avoid reprisals.
Once that month was over the Ensign ponder his next choice as he continued his tour. While he was able to adapt to situation that he put himself into he wanted to ensure that he would have the skills necessary to avoid or push the threats of his peers to the side or just outright eliminate them. In his off hours he would go to every department shadowing various individuals and learning what they were doing. It didn't take long for Dynamus to figure out how to access everything on board including the senior officer's logs. He was dismayed to see that most of the senior staff were taking bribes from docking officials and port authorities.
Rather than, report it to the ISB he began working to setup and expose it himself, without anyone knowing. Slicing into one of the shipboard astromechs, he had it download the logs and recordings on every corrupt encounter. It wasn't long until he had a case that could be presented. Satisfied that his time-bomb was ready he requested a transfer to Fondor Shipyards using the second officer's clearance elevate what he could view regarding details on which postings were available. One caught his eye it was under an Admiral Martio Batch and put into the position. It would be serving as a Tie Reaper Pilot for transport runs from Fondor, but its destinations were classified. Intrigued he decided to pursue the assignment with all his energy. Granted the posting, he transferred out and set his astromech to delay the release of evidence he gathered. Two months later it was leaked to ISB and Captain Regules was not heard from again.
Cloak and Dagger:
With his new assignment he was promoted to a full Lieutenant. Dynamus was assigned to Tie Reaper 439 on detached service, and a handler known to him as Agent 493-0B. Performing transport and supply runs between various outposts and research stations. The secretive nature of these assignments started to gnaw in his mind. With curiosity getting the better of him. On one of those assignments he went to examine the contents of one of cargo containers. Deftly slicing in he saw an array of crystals, clear but dark. He was enraptured by them and stuffed two of them into his flight suit. TBC
ISB Reports
Dynamus has been under surveillance from ISB for a number of years what their intentions for the officer remains unknown at this current time.
ISB INTERNAL Report 39J-0932A: Both parents worked in logistics division for local system security forces before the nationalization. Now they continue their services for the Empire. With both entering early retirement due differences of opinion with new chain of command and operations. They now are working on developing a small business on the planet specializing industrial equipment procurement for the local shipping industries. Other family members include a number of siblings who have not been seen in Imperial Databases or Surveillance for years. Family members do not seem to be mind that they had not had contact with them over that time frame. Will assign Agent TJ-254 to pursue any leads.
ISB INTERNAL REPORT 39J-0932B: Previous assignments would indicate subject is adaptable in whatever situation he is put into. This is going so far as the incident on the ISG Versusa's Folly. Ensign Dynamus at the time broke into the senior officers mess to access the ship's food supply to create a local dish from his homeworld. For his breach of a dozen code violations the Captain Regules removed Ensign from flight duty and assigned to KP duty in senior officers lounge for four weeks. Initially a report of reprimand was made by the Captain, but it has since been rescinded. After 12 month tour of Versusa's Folly Ensign Dynamus requested reassignment to Fondor Shipyards. Assignment Tie/Reaper pilot for material supply convoys for eight months. Currently assigned ISDII Challenge due to knowledge in the construction of Tie/ph project.
Personality and Traits
A tinker at heart he finds himself staring into his work with stubborn single mindedness. Anything he sets his sights on comes up with a plan to achieve those goals. While it makes him good a good pilot for Tie Corps on his off hours it leaves him wandering the Challenge. The man needs problems to solve and usually has him going to sections of the ship that are off limits. To avoid any suspicion from his flight members and the command staff, he frequently volunteers for assignments within the fleet. The Hellfire serving as his home away from the Challenge.
Equipment
He usually seen carrying standard officer code cylinders and blaster pistol at his side. When off duty carrying a data pad and slicer equipment. On him at all times two rings with Stygium Crystal embedded in each.
