Gytheran

Major Gytheran, also know by his callsign "Pops," is a TIE Corps pilot in the Emperor's Hammer, currently serving as Squadron Commander for Lambda Squadron. The Jawa pilot maintains position Lambda 1-1 and previously served as Executive Officer under his arch-nemesis, and Ewok pilot, Lieutenant Colonel Solohan50.

Personal Details

Alignment and attitude: Chaotic Neutral to Chaotic Good. Gytheran is a mischievous soul, with a general desire to do good. Like most Jawas, Gytheran is fiercely loyal to those in his inner circle who he deems as family. Previous occupations: Besides being a decorated Imperial pilot, Gytheran is also a talented droidsmith. When he is not shooting down republic dogs out of space, he’s rummaging through their wreckages for parts for his next droid build.

Hobbies: Gytheran is a natural tinkerer. He will adjust and configure any electro-mechanical item to suit his needs, which can range from personal items to his own TIE Bomber. Occasionally, his tinkering is used for comedic effect when trolling fellow pilots. On occasion, he has been known to disable the internal unlock of a pilot’s TIE Fighter canopy, requiring assistance from ground crews.

Reason for enlisting in the Emperor's Hammer: It is not sure if Gytheran ever truly enlisted. He’s been around for a long time, but there is no record of his recruitment. Gytheran is obsessed with shiny trinkets and parts for tinkering, therefore his work in the TC is a natural evolution for the Jawa. Putting the galaxy in order again is just a bonus.

One Fateful Night

It was more than a year before naval leadership realized they had a Jawa in their midst. When Gytheran first came onto the scene, no one really knew where he came from, but the pilot had skill and he was wiping the floor with their enemies, so no one had reason to question the shorter than average pilot. It was one fateful night when that changed changed things forever. Little did anyone know; the pilot was an avid droidsmith and frequently scanned the horizon for the next component for a build. It was on one fateful night. The pilot was minding his own business, in his quarters on the ISDII Hammer among his collection of treasures and droid parts, when a former Epsilon squadron-mate LCM Wolve Excelsior Berkana barged into his room…
