Grendel

Overview

[Grendel] is known as the scariest pilot of Thunder Squadron, outstripping even LC Legion Ordo. A true member of the Thunder Command Trio, he brings a sharp wit and pixyish demeanor to his position, much to the joy of his fellow pilots.

Formative Years

Grendel was born to land owners in the Heorot IX system. The family was forced to flee during the Clone Wars, leaving behind a sizable tract of land. At the conclusion of the Clone Wars, Imperial forces seized the lands under the claim of abandonment. The title was rendered void by decree.

Grendel knew refugee camps, watching the despair as his parents tried to reclaim their life that they were forced to leave behind. He lost his identity, reduced to his nickname.

Awards

Commander Grendel is a leader in his own right, consistently raising the bar on pilot participation. Jokes abound on the Challenger cantina that the uniform tailor is struggling to find a solution for the excessive weight on Grendel's chest.
