Mack Udar

Current Status

Mack Udar is currently the Squadron Executive Officer serving in Spear Squadron. He holds the rank of CM.

Shortly after enlisting in the TIE Corps, he has made leaps and bounds. Graduating from the IWATS, he was assigned to Spear Squadron. In roughly 2 months of his assignment, he was promoted to Flight Leader.

During his time as Flight Leader, his squadron, under the lead of Maj Sam Arsio, has made an impact on the Fleet, during a routine trial by fire, The ReMobilization of the TIE Corps. Placing first in the competition, for the first time ever! After which, the XO of Spear Squadron, Maj Taurus resigned and nominated Mack to become the new XO of the squadron.

He has also joined the Secret Order and is currently ranked as a Neophyte in the House Palpatine of Drakonan exploring his newfound connection to The Force.

Brief History

Mack Udar was born on Coruscant, to his father Denzel Udar, a well known mechanic and engineer, and his mother Abbi Udar, a lead surgeon at the hospital in their district. Mack has an older brother, Jo Udar, who aspires to be a bounty hunter despite their parents' dislike of the business.

Mack's childhood and young adulthood is filled with the typical ups and downs of any sentient being. Even though his upbringing was one that would be considered by most as "well off" and possibly considered "privileged" by some, his personality is anything but that. His parents made sure of that.

He was captain of the Grav Ball team at his university and leading his team to the conference finals. After his university days, he began working in the shop with his father to take up the mantle of the family business. He actually had quite a knack for it as well, if he can see it, then he can fix it.

Mack however does have keen sense of being able to sniff out trouble. While at a local cantina, he had a brief yet life altering altercation with some gang members. Unable to let go of his own pride, he fought them and bested them. When he decided enough was enough, and attempted to leave of his own volition, the same thugs attacked him again but armed with vibroblades with intent to kill for "embarrassing them". They would've been successful had it not been for a very specific group of commandos that happened to be on leave, had intervened.

After being nursed back to health, despite the loss of an arm and a leg and feeling broken, he was approached by an officer, with an EH insignia....

PORTRAIT

BACKGROUND Born on Coruscant, 7 ABY, after graduating the university, he was set to take up his father's mantle of running his engineering shop. However, his destiny led him into an altercation which altered his life forever. He enlisted and left to join the Emperor's Hammer TIE Corps Division. Shortly after joining, he was discovered by Col. Honsou (Now VA & Grand Master Honsou) being Force Sensitive and joined the Secret Order to further develop his strengths and abilities within the Force. Mack's character is best defined as a chaotic good/anti-hero type. He is going to do what is right, even if that means cracking a few eggs (or skulls) to get the job done. He values his family and his friends with ferocious loyalty, and he takes betrayal quite personally. Those on his "good side", revere him as one of the best people they've ever known. Those on the other side of that line, know better than to cross him in a dark alley and those that don't know, may the maker have mercy on their soul.

ARMOR
Mack wears a commando style Duraplast armor, Navy Blue in color. The inspiration behind it is from the armor worn by Republic Commandos during the Empire's infancy of the Clone Wars. The Navy blue is just a color he likes.

STARSHIP

After many missions and sorties while flying in Flight 3 of Spear Squadron, and often times helping the ship repair crews or just doing the repairs himself, Mack became extremely attached to his designated TIE Advanced. Having such intimate knowledge of the starfighter, he was granted permission to retain it for his own personal use. Having that now freedom, Mack has taken the liberty to paint the Spear Squadron logo on the outside of the hatch and has made some technical modifications to the fighter that as follows: Shields boosted to 150 SBD Dual Ion Cannons mounted to the underside of the cockpit Astromech Port for Nebula

OTHER WEAPONS
	Mack carries dual E-851 Blaster Pistols. The E-851 blaster pistol had a bronzium barrel with recoil stabilizing porting notch, a "crystal pan" charge indicator diode, and a retain pin for grip. DROIDS & COMPANIONS
R6-N9 "Nebula" Astromech Droid with a female personality. Color Scheme: Midnight black chassis with iridescent blue and purple accents that shimmer like a nebula under starlight. The photoreceptors glow with a soft violet hue. Slightly sarcastic, with a dry sense of humor, she is loyal to Mack but is prone to unsolicited advice. She enjoys whistling binary tunes when idle.
