Westric Davalorn is currently a member of Rho Squadron stationed on the Imperial-II Class Star Destroyer Warrior, part of Battlegroup II of the TIE Corps. He is also a member of House Palpatine of Clan Drakonan in the Secret Order.

Biography

Early Life

Westric Davalorn was born on the planet of Virgillia in the Outer Rim. The Davalorn family was a member of the Aristocracy, the ruling government made up of several noble families.

Virgillian Civil War

Westric’s youth was shaped by the Virgillian Civil War, a nearly 30 year conflict in which the Virgillian Free Alignment sought to depose the Aristocracy. Soon after the beginning of the Galactic Civil War, the Rebel Alliance began supplying the Free Alignment with weapons and ships, which turned the Virgillian conflict into a proxy war between the Rebels and the Empire. As the Galactic Civil War intensified, the Empire began withdrawing its forces from the system. Left to fend for themselves with outdated equipment against a Free Alignment which continued to receive Rebel support, the Aristocracy was defeated shortly before the Battle of Endor. An uneasy truce was signed by both sides, establishing the Virgillian Council as the new governing body.

Aristocracy Restoration Coalition

Westric’s father and older brothers were all killed during the war, and with nowhere left to go and a desire for revenge, he joined the Aristocracy Restoration Coalition (ARC), a loose knit group of former Aristocracy holdouts who refused to accept the new government and wished to bring the Aristocracy back into power. As a member of ARC, Westric fought a guerilla war against the Virgillian Council. Eventually, the New Republic intervened and assisted the government with finally crushing the ARC resistance movement. Most of its members were either killed or captured, with the survivors scattered to the wind.

Imperial Cadet

With everything he’d ever known or loved lost to the war, Westric left Virgillia. He enrolled as a pilot cadet at the Imperial Academy on Eriadu. His training was cut short when the corps of cadets was called up to support Grand Admiral Thrawn’s “Mount Tantiss” campaign. Westric flew in several engagements, from the Battle of Eriadu until the Battle of Abregado-rae, where he was shot down, losing his left eye.

Freelancer

After recovering from his injuries, he bounced around the galaxy, working odd jobs in shipping and security.
